Fantastic experience: This real estate agency is the best when it comes to finding an apartment, I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: They are informal, liars, and about legal matters.....let's not even talk about it....they are dedicated to getting scum into apartments that they know nobody wants....then those apartments...become a hell for the rest of the neighbors...it's basically what they do in that 'real estate agency'. I do not recommend it at all!

Negative experience: Who comes together to make a complaint all together? Making individual complaints does not get us anywhere. I rented a flat with a lot of damage for €380. A flat that was worth barely €200 due to the amount of repairs it needed. We spent months in the flat and he did not fix anything. He avoided us, noted everything down, the builder came and looked, but they did nothing. There were up to three different builders, I think I remember. The most they fixed was the door of a cupboard. Winter came and that house had mold and insects even under the floors. We told him, and nothing, no response. We also didn't have an extractor hood, there was no pipe, so it didn't work. And there was a general blockage that wouldn't go away. They cut off our electricity, and we paid the supply for half the building. To this day we have a debt for electricity because when we were not home we were charged almost €300 for electricity, a debt that we are clearly not going to pay. The terrace wouldn't drain and our room that overlooked the terrace flooded. I, being asthmatic, couldn't sleep and felt sick all day. In the end, we got tired and left at the beginning of the year, but I still had more to say and he didn't want to return the deposit. He tried to intimidate my husband, but the plan backfired on him. If you want to file a joint complaint, message me on Facebook privately with this same name, as it seems that if we do it individually nothing happens. It's impressive that this man still works. Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they hid relevant information about the properties and then said that I should have asked, the agent's intimidating attitude when I complained.

Negative experience: I am surprised to see the reviews, as it is clear that the bad reputation of this real estate agency is well known. I think the same because they changed the conditions of a rental according to what suited them, and their only interest was to receive the cash deposit. What professionalism.

Negative experience: We went to inquire about available rental apartments, and they took our information and said they would look into it. Their employee recommended one that supposedly had just become available. The surprise was that it was foreclosed, and we needed to move in immediately, but we were only notified about this problem 10 minutes before payment. They were preparing a fake contract to still get us into that apartment until the owner would come to evict us. He promised us that he would start looking for another apartment that same afternoon; this was over a month ago, and we still have not received a single call from him or his real estate agency. (One star seems like too much of a rating)

Fantastic experience: They are charming and care a lot about informing you and trying to find something with the characteristics you need. I recommend 100%, for any property purchase or sale I need, I will turn to them again.

Negative experience: Estafadores. Cuando vendí un piso se quedaron con un porcentaje a modo de comisión y otra cantidad diciendo que era para pagar la revalorización del piso y que me devolverían la diferencia cuando se hiciese el papeleo; pues bien, casi 4 años después me llega una carta del Ayuntamiento diciendo que ni pagos ,ni papeleos ni nada, tengo que hacerlo y pagarlo ahora ,casi 4 años después. En resumen ,evitarlos.

Negative experience: Alquila pisos como buenos, con los muebles llenos de polilla, hongos en las paredes y además, el dueño no paga los recibos del agua, por lo que los inquilinos tienen que sufrir cortes de suministro. No tienen comunidad de vecinos, por lo tanto el portal y escaleras están sucios y sin luz.
