Fantastic experience: I have been with them for years and they have always treated me very well
Negative experience: I can only reiterate a previous comment about a deposit since I experienced it firsthand. After shoddy work and many excuses, they still haven't returned the deposit that I know was given to them to deposit with the council, which they never did. The worst part is that every time I went to the office, it was all lies. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Publicly lying is indeed a lack of respect, and regarding the deposit, the only thing there is the receipt for its delivery at that office. I can denounce what I say.
Good afternoon, first of all, I would appreciate it if you would not disrespect us, as we have not done so to you. We have already demonstrated that we have a receipt signed by you indicating that you have collected such a deposit. As far as we are concerned, we would appreciate it if you would refrain from writing things that are not true. Best regards.
Negative experience: Be very careful if the properties shown to you belong to a company or something related to Umrer or Urbano. You could face many problems.
Good afternoon Ronald, We sincerely regret your experience with Umrer, however, we do not consider the negative rating you left us to be fair, since at Inmobiliaria Hércules we did more than what was within our reach to help you solve your problem. Also, we would like to remind you that we have assisted you countless times outside of our hours, showing you that property more than six times before your purchase. Therefore, we do not believe we deserve such a rating. We hope your process is resolved promptly, as we have provided means for that to be the case. Best regards, Inmobiliaria Hércules.
