Negative experience: Terrible real estate agency. If you are interested in selling a property, this is the last place you should go. They do not bother to attend to potential clients, you call asking about a property they have listed and they don’t even know if it is still for sale, they promise to call you back and don’t. You call again and their response in a condescending tone is 'if I didn’t call you, it’s because I didn’t contact the owner...' this happens several days later. Zero interest in doing their job. Now I understand the very bad reviews they have.

Negative experience: Real estate agency specializing in handling potential client calls in a disrespectful and very rude manner, 0% recommendable.

Negative experience: The arrogant person who responded to my call assumed that I wouldn’t be able to pay the rent on my own and dismissed me. They didn’t take any notes or anything. They speak with the bravado of someone who thinks they know everything. Lack of respect, manners, and professionalism; the smug laugh could be spared. I wouldn't give a lower rating because it’s not possible.

Negative experience: Terrible service. The agent assumes that the customer knows all the conditions of the apartment before being presented with them. Moreover, they display a arrogant and demeaning attitude towards people they do not know, making judgments unrelated to the conversation.

Negative experience: The attention from the real estate agent has been with a haughty attitude and very rude, I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. There are much friendlier agencies with better customer service than this one.

Negative experience: I called them to inquire about an apartment, and a very rude man answered me, asking how many times he had to hang up the call, and immediately hung up on me. Zero professionalism, I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: Atencion al cliente pesima, te ignoran y te mandan que lo hagas online para luego volver a pasar de ti alegando que ya te llamaron. Si ves algun piso en su pagina web,y te dicen que no existe proceden a borrarlo rapidisimo. Francamente no se como pueden tener clientes cuando parece que les molesta teber que trabajar.
