Negative experience: A shame, I wouldn't give fewer stars because I can't. I was looking for an apartment to live alone and despite the reviews, I decided to try with this real estate agency, but they were right, what a bad experience! Catalina is arrogant, addressing me with airs of grandeur and even let slip at one point in the conversation that perhaps the apartment I was choosing was beyond my means. During the visit, instead of focusing on me, the client, she was constantly on her phone talking on WhatsApp and answering calls. But as if that wasn't enough, when I mentioned I would do some renovations, she tried above all to get me to hire (in the black) some people she knows who work with her husband, who by the way also showed up shortly after, alerted by her without me having given my consent. And not content with this, since I obviously left indecisive and wanted to visit it again with my father, she started making excuses and I eventually discovered while speaking with the neighbor (my mother's friend) that she had temporarily placed those workers from her husband there!!

Negative experience: Catalina is a rude person with an air of superiority and bad manners. The apartments she has for rent are used to accommodate people temporarily without the owner's prior knowledge before she herself starts renovating. A real gem of a person, Carolina.

Negative experience: We had scheduled an appointment and after the time passed, after contacting the real estate agency ourselves, they told us that the visit had been canceled, being able to inform us earlier.

Negative experience: 3 months and we still haven't seen the apartment.

Negative experience: I give it one star because you can't give none, I don't know if the person I spoke to is the owner or an employee, her name is Laura and she tells you to talk via WhatsApp because she can't talk on the phone, when you have everything ready to close, she stops responding to your messages and ignores the topic. Honestly, I am very disappointed with this real estate agency.

More than a month waiting to be able to visit an apartment, everything was problems, nonsensical excuses, days and days without them responding to messages. I check if the apartment listing is up and it doesn't appear. They have rented the apartment without informing those of us who were waiting for a visit. At the time, I was hesitant to contact the real estate agency after reading the comments, and they were right. Very little professionalism and interest in their work.

Negative experience: Not even this star deserves. She quoted a price of 600 euros for an apartment and when we had agreed, 5 hours before she calls us and raises the price to 700 euros. Zero professionalism, she doesn't even know the legal deposit that needs to be made for a rental. It took her 2 hours to create a contract and she had to print it 4 times. I do not recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: Beware, nothing reliable, they play with deception, they publish apartments at one price and then increase it by 100 euros. Terrible service. They don’t deserve even one star. In short, a service that is not professional at all.

Negative experience: Horrible. I don't give zero stars because I can't.. I'm going to rent an apartment for myself, and the girl asking me why I want 3 rooms... what's it to you? I work from home and need an office... Then making excuses, they tried to charge me the real estate fees when the law had already come out that the landlord had to pay it. The worst real estate agency I have dealt with by far.

Negative experience: PROFESSIONALISM: -3 Unreliable real estate agency, just as I am reading in other comments: our experience was terrible. We saw and booked with a reduced price; before signing, they raised the rental monthly fee to another amount and said that the published reduction was for another property; they were unaware of certain points of the A.U. LAW (which they had to consult on the fly, while our wait became endless; more than three hours to proceed with a contract signing). They generate a lot, a lot of confusion and uncertainty. I would not recommend them to anyone due to lack of professionalism and seriousness with clients!

Negative experience: Be very careful! I was a tenant in an apartment for over a year, the real estate agency kept a copy of the keys (which is illegal) and twice they entered the apartment without my consent under the excuse that they had confused the apartment and the keys. What a coincidence! The first time I believed the story, the second time I reported it to the police and left the following month because I was very scared to be there. Catalina, the manager, only responded to me arrogantly when I almost cried and told her a man had entered my home. The worst experience I've had as a tenant, and to top it off they didn't return my full deposit, they kept half for some water expenses that weren't mine. If you can avoid renting with this real estate agency, do it!

Negative experience: Concretada cita en la oficina para visitar una casa a 20 minutos de Ferrol y confirmada esta cita el dia anterior a la visita, alli no se presentó nadie. Tras enviar un whasapp para indicar que ya estabamos en la casa nadie contesta y al llamar pasados 15 mins la persona que responde indica que en ese momento no puede ir que esta haciendo fotos en otra vivienda.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria,NADA FIABLE, con profesionales que lejos de SOLVENTAR, producen incertidumbres y generan polémicas de lo cual no es inherente a su profesión, hay ciertos derechos y LÍNEAS QUE NO SE PUEDEN REBASAR, por que se les deje una finca para su ALQUILER QUE DE ELLO COBRAN. Para mí particularmente NADA RECOMENDABLE, como profesionales dejan muchísimo que desear. No sé si les pagará alguien por detrás para GENERAR futuros OCUPAS y esto ya no sale de mí, me lo han comentado terceras personas que les ha sucedido lo mismo, de las cuales no saben poner una calificación en Google.
