Fantastic experience: I have been with them for years and they have always treated me very well
Negative experience: I can only reiterate a previous comment about a deposit since I experienced it firsthand. After shoddy work and many excuses, they still haven't returned the deposit that I know was given to them to deposit with the council, which they never did. The worst part is that every time I went to the office, it was all lies. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Publicly lying is indeed a lack of respect, and regarding the deposit, the only thing there is the receipt for its delivery at that office. I can denounce what I say.

Negative experience: Be very careful if the properties shown to you belong to a company or something related to Umrer or Urbano. You could face many problems.
