Negative experience: The sales representative did not assist until I called the office and did not show up for a scheduled visit. I tried to confirm earlier because we made a one-hour trip and she did not answer calls or WhatsApp messages until just before arriving, when via WhatsApp she told me that she would not be able to go due to a personal emergency... another person did not come to substitute her either. We had to see the property from the outside. Obviously, we will not be conducting any transactions with this agency. Best regards.
