Negative experience: THE WORST REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE If you ever consider doing any type of real estate transaction, my humble advice is to NOT do it at GROCASA, unless you want to LOSE money, time, and gain more stress than at the beginning. Thank you ALEJANDRO and SEBASTIAN for being responsible for the WORST real estate experience possible. That said, it is nothing new that a buying, selling or renting process is a very stressful real estate situation from the outset, despite the fact that what is found on the other side of this process is satisfactory in many cases. When one goes to a real estate agency, what any person outside this environment looks for is a capable team or brand that generates TRUST through guidance and support, in order to mitigate all that stress generated by a myriad of information that we do NOT control, we do not know, and that IN THEORY we put ourselves in the hands of the brand and its team to make this process safer, pleasant, and bearable. The problem arises when the guidance is TERRIBLE, the information is UNCLEAR, and when problems appear, communication does too. And I think it's an even bigger problem that they do not know that the information provided by their team and financial specialist is outdated, therefore, incorrect and with IMPORTANT ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES. Still, we all make mistakes, it's human, the difference lies between those who take responsibility and those who do not. Just in case there is any doubt, in the case of GROCASA, do NOT expect them to take charge, because it will be exactly the opposite. In our particular case, we have had serious problems that resulted in economic losses, due to the BAD ADVICE, LACK OF SERIOUSNESS and COMMITMENT from GROCASA. For those considering it, I recommend looking for other options and avoiding going through a similar situation.

Negative experience: Initially, the whole buying process went well, and we received great attention from David (a 10 for his work), but we had problems with the previous owner, who left the house unvacant, in a deplorable state and with hidden damages, resulting in unexpected and quite significant expenses and more than a week of delays due to having to empty and repair the house. Despite being told that they would help us, this was in July 2020, and we are now in December 2023 and still have not heard anything from them, and we are not going to insist any further. We have had to leave everything in the hands of external lawyers when they are supposed to have their own, after all, there has been a breach of their own contract, and they should have legal structures in place to prevent such issues from happening. All was well until the handover of the keys; after that, we have felt abandoned. The worst part is that we fulfilled our entire part of the contract, but neither the previous owner nor they did, and we are not talking about transactions of ten, a hundred, or a thousand euros. It is truly a shame to end up like this, very unpleasant. EDIT TO RESPOND: 1- A lot of transparency, but the only one who fulfilled the contract was me. I don’t care that the owner didn’t reach an agreement with you; what is signed is signed, and the apartment was left DESTROYED, and your contractual commitment was to deliver the apartment empty and in good condition. 2- I know you did not reach an agreement with the owner, and I know you told me that, just as you told me you would call me to help me empty and fix it, and you didn’t. 3- Since you are the ones who breached the contract, and knowing that you know where my office is (and my apartment, obviously), I am the one perplexed that you haven’t even had the decency to apologize and call me to check on us; after all, you had already been paid, and on top of that, you throw it in my face; what a pale face you have. You know that I called you for three days and stopped by the office, but I didn’t receive any help. 4- My operation was in 2020, but that doesn’t change the fact that, to the best of my ability, I’ve avoided maximum exposure to ensure that someone doesn't fall into your hands and go through the ordeal we went through and feel as helpless as we felt with your service. Have the decency to at least not try to look good when you didn’t do your job right; it’s very simple. es

Neither Grocasa nor this man have scammed anyone; the only one who has scammed is the man in the review. I am leaving this as a review so that it is known. P.S. the builder.

Negative experience: Disastrous service: I had to carry out a real estate transaction and I went because of the 'good reviews', but far from having good comments, the advice was terrible and unclear, which meant that later new 'expenses' came to light that had not been mentioned initially. In the end, I had to go to another real estate agency in the area (the house agency) for proper advice.

Negative experience: LACK of professionalism and seriousness. Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I have had. Total lack of commitment and professionalism. In our particular case, we made a rental operation that typically tends to be very simple; however, with GROCASA, everything seems a thousand times more complicated and stressful. Delays in responses, complete disinterest in our operation (it seems that if the commission is not large, then you are not worth it), communication is ambiguous, and they only inform what suits them. A state of total vulnerability, and on top of that, you are obligated to pay them the commission for doing absolutely NOTHING. Save time, money, and stress, and choose another real estate agency.

Negative experience: Cheats: I've experienced some of the most stressful moments due to this not being about the sale itself, but rather having to deal with the POOR MANAGEMENT of these gentlemen Alejandro and Sebastián. It has truly been a NIGHTMARE dealing with Grocasa. They sought us out, advised us poorly, and they do not take responsibility. At the time, we were told not to trust this real estate agency but we ignored the advice... and we ended up losing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it at all.

Negative experience: ! SCAM! They cheated us everywhere. They took extra money from us and exploited their position to take advantage of external renovation companies. They charged us for things that are normally handled by the real estate agency (like eviction of furniture), and they changed the final price after we had paid the reservation. BE VERY CAREFUL!

Negative experience: Beware!! They won our full trust and we had the apartment for several months. Some clients left a deposit but then backed out (in June). It was owed to us as owners. Everything was just delays. In September I told them to either return it or there wouldn't be any more visits, with no result. In October they told us they received a burofax from the clients claiming lack of information (which was not true) and they returned the money. Ok. Please send me the proof of the transfer. Ok. I contacted those clients and... surprise! They never sent a burofax nor did they receive the money. Complaint book? We don’t have one. (Reportable) Explanation? We made a mistake in the transfer, it went to someone else!! And the burofax, can you show it to me? We don’t have it, it’s another confusion. Finally, they gave us the deposit. David Jurado, a sweetheart, he just said what they told him to say, innocent creature, he has nothing to do with it. Alejandro, the responsible one, never came, he also has nothing to do with it. Be careful, they know a lot. Have you made or are you waiting for any payment? Follow up, check and verify. What will they not do for larger amounts?

Negative experience: I do not recommend trusting them. My partner and I bought an apartment with them, and taking advantage of the fact that we were young, they scammed us on several things: they changed the final price after we made the deposit (+€8000), they charged us for the eviction of the apartment (+€800), they put us in touch with a 'friendly' renovation company that disappeared after charging us the full price for the renovation and left us stranded. To top it off, they tried to wash their hands by saying that their after-sales service would protect us, but they did nothing, leaving us waiting. They are all scammers.
