Negative experience: Una agencia que te miente sobre el precio del alquiler y que te da detalles solamente al firmar. El piso era amueblado en el anuncio y por 1250 euros. Al final me dio cuenta de que no podían alquilar mas de 1100 euros por la LEY. Al firmar el precio fue de 1100 euros más 150 de alquiler de un trastero para guardar los muebles que el inquilino no quería. ENORME. Porque 1/ al final no había muebles en el piso, o sea que se alquila sin muebles (mentiras en el anuncio) 2/ los muebles que quitaron me han preguntado si les quería guardar pero en ningún momento me han dicho que sería para estar en un trastero por 150 euros. Y este trastero no se alquila por 150 euros porque han puesto todo en el parking. No es culpa del dueño sino de la agencia que además cobra 1650 euros por un piso que se debería alquilar a 1100 euros. A EVITAR, son mentirosos. Hay muy buenos inmobiliarios en Castelldefels pero ellos 100% que NO.
