Llevaba dos años y medio buscando piso en Barcelona y después de muchas malas experiencias con varias agencias (pisos con vicios ocultos no declarados, agencias cobrando comisiones abusivas y todo tipo de engaños) estaba totalmente desesperado. Positive experience: I had high expectations of the agency due to the good reviews. I bought an apartment via this agency. Regarding the paperwork the agency is trustworthy and helpful. However, the agent told us various times during the visit how perfect the apartment was, how you just need to paint it and move in. Also they kept pushing for full price by stressing out the good condition. Well, approx. 10.000EUR lighter/later than expected, after opening walls again after painting, living in dust and after removing potentially hazardous installations - I can only say that this was not the case. After a couple of days the manager returned our call saying which legal actions we can take against the propietario. It’s appreciated but at the same time, I feel like the agent showing us the apartment was not providing us correct information :( Increasing the stars from 2-3 as the agency feels like they are not responsible for the owner providing misleading info. I still feel like they promised too much.

Entiendo que existe algún tipo de mal estar sin embargo no podemos responder sobre una sensación negativa cuando ni siquiera conocemos a la persona. Le invitamos a ser primero cliente para que podamos ayudarle en lo que necesite. Aprovecho para recordar que hacemos asesoramientos de hipotecas, fiscales o legales de manera totalmente gratuita a nuestros clientes. Eso si, a los verdaderos clientes.
