Ruth hizo una visita a nuestra casa para analizarla y nos propuso realizar pequeñas mejoras o contratar un servicio de home staging para mostrar todo el potencial que el inmueble tenía. Fue delicada a la hora de explicar por qué se debía vender a un precio y no a otro y aún así al final decidió arriesgarse a ponerla a la venta por más.
Ruth previewed our house and suggested we made some improvements or bring in home stagers to show the house’s potential. She was tactful when explaining why we should sell at a certain price and not at another. And still, in the end, she took the risk to increase the price.
A nivel profesional creo que es de las mejores que he conocido, seria, respetuosa y si ve que estás equivocada no duda en hacértelo saber. Le he pedido sus servicios varias veces y no me ha defraudado.

Fantastic experience: Ruth me ha pedido que haga una descripción de ella. La conocí hace unos años por actividades que no tienen que ver con su profesión, aunque posteriormente le pedí ayuda profesional, por lo que tengo opinión desde ambos ambitos A nivel personal creo que es una mujer que tiene bastante claras las cosas pero siempre deja un espacio a cosas que quizá no entran en su ideario pero que quiere conocer la opinión de otras personas. A nivel profesional creo que es de las mejores que he conocido, seria, respetuosa y si ve que estás equivocada no duda en hacértelo saber. Le he pedido sus servicios varias veces y no me ha defraudado Seguro que tendrá algo negativo, pero yo no lo conozco. Lo único es que como no puede ser de otra manera, defiende siempre su posición de vendedora, intentando que las operaciones sean lo más rápidas posibles. Yo la aprecio mucho. Fantastic experience: Durante todo el proceso tuve la impresión de que sabía muy bien lo que estaba haciendo. Fue delicada a la hora de explicar por qué se debía vender a un precio y no a otro y aún así al final decidió arriesgarse a ponerla a la venta por más y consiguió venderla. Lo que me dijo de ella es que es cauta pero cuando hay que arriesgarse (hablamos de un riesgo "controlado") lo hace defendiendo su decisión. Es tenaz, incluso cuando es una venta complicada se compromete y busca soluciones viables. Lo único que quizá podría decir es que en algún momento me pareció muy tajante y yo hubiera necesitado hablar un poco más sobre el tema para llegar a la misma decisión o conclusión. Porque tengo claro que ella sabía lo que estaba haciendo y por qué lo hacía. Pero sólo es un detalle ya que Ruth es muy profesional, agradable y correcta. Me quedó con que si tengo que recomendar a alguien o volver a confiar mis intereses a alguien (o incluso hacer una consulta) sería a ella.

Fantastic experience: Ruth Blanco es una tècnica en matèria inmobiliaria que dispone de una preparacion y experiencia en este sector poco habitual. Ademàs si algo no es de su conocimiento o especialidad cuenta con dos virtudes no usuales : humildad para preguntar y recursos para indagar. El negocio inmobiliario debe generar beneficio y al entrar en alguna de la multiples administraciones o immobiliarias te sacude la sonrisa de quien - intuyes- solo te ve como un posible negocio. Cuando tratas con Ruth no tienes esa sensacion : notas que quiere ayudarte gestionar tu caso, sea cual sea; y precibes que aunque no estuviera en sus manos, también te orientarà. Lo descrito hasta aquí es mi conclusión tras diferentes operaciones inmobiliarias cerradas con Ruth. Y también de otras asesorias a las que se ha prestado desinteresadamente.
