Negative experience: They took my community. They hire 'their trusted suppliers' and it turns out that all the prices were extremely inflated because of their extra commission. When they were already charging the monthly fee. Scammers.
Fantastic experience: Super expensive, they don't inform you about the charges, abusive, bad service, will not return.
Negative experience: Abusive contracts, disappointing, both from Jon and the rest of the staff.
Negative experience: A disappointing experience... we already know that the real estate world is particularly abusive, but actions like those of Fincas Llopart leave much to be desired: I rented a property and the agent made a 5-minute visit and a second one of 5 more minutes... he tells me that I have to pay €500 to reserve the property... I thought that these €500 would be deducted from the total... but NO, they charge you for 'Advice and services' and keep it... so in the end, they charge both the owner and the tenant... Fincas Llopart can set their own rules, but after consulting with other real estate agencies, it is clearly immoral and abusive... a bit of a bully... but they have already shown me a profile that makes me not count on them for anything else, and by the way, warn friends and potential clients about these actions.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with Llopart. They are not transparent, you ask about properties that later turn out to be sold with other agencies or reserved, they respond unwillingly... the only one who stands out is Ana. The guy... as a professional, leaves a lot to be desired.

Negative experience: Molt malament, tinc un problema important i resulta que ja treballen però no hi ha manera de poder parlar amb ells per telèfon. Un servei molt dolent.
Negative experience: Maleducados, irrespetuosos, chulos, arrogantes. Trabajan dentro de la oficina sin mascarilla, cuando le pides que porfavor se la ponga, te contestan vacilando. No facilitan los trámites. No ayudan. Impresentables.
Entendemos que Vd comprendera que no podemos hacer entrega a nadie, que no sea el propietario o persona autorizada por este mediante escrito debidamente firmado, de un sistema de acceso a la propiedad, por otra parte todos nuestros puestos de atención al público estan protegidos mediante pantallas de metacrilato tal como dicta la normativa sanitaria vigente.Está en su derecho poner reseñas, lo único que le pedimos es que cuente los hechos en su totalidad.

Negative experience: Falta de profesionalidad y prácticas poco transparentes. La profesionalidad del personal de la agencia de Castelldefels playa brilla por su ausencia. Cada vez que accedes a la oficina, están whasappeando y de lejos se ve que no es algo profesional. La atención que te dan en nula o muy deficiente, no tienen apenas conocimiento del mercado y generan malestar entre propietarios e inquilinos, con conversaciones cruzadas que dar lugar a disputas. No recomiendo para nada acudir a esta agencia. Es mejor acudir a una más local cuyo trato es personalizado y conocen mejor el entorno en el que se manejan.
Negative experience: Desaconsejable para propietarios e inquilinos. Varios servicios básicos por los que cobran no los cubren dando lugar a disputas y malos entendidos. Pueden hacer mucho más de lo que hacen por la cuota mensual de administración o por el 1er mes que cobran a inquilino. Como intermediarios se espera buena asesoría para el inquilino y despreocupación para propietarios. Desafortunadamente esto no ha ocurrido en nuestro caso en varias ocasiones
Negative experience: Pésimo. El trato a nivel personal es deplorable y a nivel profesional simplemente inexistente. Los trabajadores, especialmente un tal "Giancarlo Paschina" son arrogantes y vagos. Quien lea esto hágase el favor de no entablar relación comercial con este establecimiento.

Negative experience: Este administrador es complice de desobediencia de setencia judicial que obliga a la comunidad a reparar el techo de un inmueble.
Negative experience: No es una inmobiliaria que recomiendo a no ser que ya no te quede más opción. Busca primero otras opciones. Muy decepcionado en lineas generales. Normal que tengan esa nota en google.

Negative experience: Tienen una finca en carrer 4 Castelldefels,por dentro nos tienen viviendo como en el Bronx,humedades al nivel que se caen las paredes,los cables cuelgan como si fuese una chabola,la pintura da pena,ventanas tapiadas, la peor comunidad que he visto en mi vida
Negative experience: Probablemente los peores profesionales de todo Castelldefels. Han fastidiado al inquilino y al propietario. Nadie satisfecho. No es prudente hacer negocios con ellos. No recomendable.
Negative experience: Cuídese quien confíe la gestión de algo a estos señores/as, preparen las carteras y levanten las manos, no aparentan en nada lo que después son, pero claro eso es lo que venden...apariencia, de lo peor en gestión de fincas, y cuando les reclamas como trileros te responsabilizan a ti o tu comunidad de su pésima y ladricida gestión, te sacan el dinero sin que lo notes un auténtico fraude y decepción, gracias Sr, F.Ar, por enseñarnos que tipo de gente son...tarde pero lección aprendida.

Negative experience: Sin dudarlo desaconsejo tramitar un alquiler con esta agencia. Ladrones, poco profesionales y sin humanidad. No hacen nada por los arrendatarios y si hay problemas se posicionan con el propietario. Una malísima experiencia. Solo miran por sus ganancias
