It's always tiring to contact agencies to see apartments and not find something that meets your needs. There is very little supply and too much demand. Regarding the dealings with the real estate agency, absolute seriousness and respect for the word given. Things that, although they should always be like this, are scarce. Moreover, in the end we had a problem with the mortgage and the signing had to be postponed, something beyond the limit of the deposit, but everything was managed with calmness and a good attitude, in the hands of Axel. To top it off, on the day of signing we met another one, Marc, so there is no doubt. This company chooses well those who work for it. A pleasure with everyone and of course, if I have any real estate dealings in the future, they will be the first ones I call.

I would go back to them with my eyes closed. They are very human, especially Marc and Axel, who I have had the most interaction with, they are charming.

Fantastic experience: Silver Wolf recently sold our house in Casteldefells and I can’t praise Marc and his team enough for the way they went about it. The property had previously been on the market with two of the agents on the Avenida del Mar in Gava and we were really disappointed by the amount of interest they generated. When we handed over to Marc he quickly got us to the top of all of the relevant portals (Idealista, etc.) and the enquiries started coming in. The property was sold a couple of months later and the money’s in the bank. We had to move back to the UK before the property sold and Marc made sure it was secure and maintained to showroom standard. Marc is extremely responsive, normally coming back to us on any queries within an hour. He took care of gathering all of the paperwork needed to sell a house in Spain and, using a power of attorney, arranged for the sale and purchase agreement to be signed on our behalf at the Notary so we didn’t need to fly back to Spain. We used Silver Wolf to sell our property but wouldn’t hesitate to use them to buy a property in the Casteldefells/Barcelona area. I’ve exchanged a lot of messages with the lady who bought our house and I know her experience on the buyer side has been very good. Many estate agents in Spain have a reputation for having questionable ethics and integrity so it’s a breath of fresh air to come across people like Marc and his team at Silver Wolf.

Positive experience: Overall, it hasn't been a bad experience. Still, they clearly help and are more positioned with the seller. When we went to see the apartment, we met Axel. Excellent treatment and disposition, although after the signing, I must say that the outcome may not have been very transparent as the sellers ultimately took things from the property that they had told us would stay... When we moved on to prepare documentation after accepting the offer, we dealt with Marc. We were very well advised by our manager at Caixa, because besides being very professional, he is a great friend. Therefore, when Marc started pressuring us about things like making the transfer via the Bank of Spain and that we should bear the costs (something we had not agreed upon or signed) and when we also gave them total flexibility on the signing date or he pressured us for the key handover a few days after the signing, it was the Caixa manager who helped us. On the day of the signing at the notary, the sellers only gave us one set of keys and said that they didn't know they had to deliver all the sets they had... so we had to keep an eye on that and wait for them to deliver it to us that same afternoon... When we arrived at the apartment, we saw that they had taken things like the osmosis unit (which they told us would stay along with the water softener), the light bulbs from the whole house that they could remove, the batteries from the remotes of the air conditioners!, etc. They even changed the faucets to put simple ones instead of the rain effect ones that were there. They did leave all the old furniture and junk everywhere that we had to chase to get removed! Throughout this process, Silverwolf tried to make us manage everything with the sellers instead of helping. In short, we expected better management from Silverwolf in the process, although we have understood that they prioritize the seller, who is the one paying them.

Negative experience: Hace casi 6 meses compramos un piso en els Canyars y no os recomiendo comprar en esta immobiliaria. Tres días antes de la firma me interesé por la forma de entrega de llaves y comprobaciones finales, Marc (CEO) me dijo que eso todo se hacia el día de la firma. El día de la firma en notaría tanto Marc como los vendedores nos dieron las llaves y se fueron alegando trabajo. Al entrar al piso (solos) con toda la ilusión nos encontramos un piso con suciedad máxima pero máxima (inaceptable) y desperfectos varios, lo peor el aire acondicionado por conductos no enfriaba/calentaba (la máquina tenia fuga, es irreparable y carísima comprar otra nueva). Estamos con abogados para reclamar vicios ocultos. Si alguien lee esta reseña y le evito pasar por lo mismo me alegraré mucho.
