Negative experience: Unfortunately not recommended, unless you are looking for a very stressful experience when renting your flat. I contracted La Casa to rent out my flat in Castelldefels. The agency did not work diligently; my condition was a work contract of potential tenants, the agent didn't take care of it. She also forgot to take note of the lecture of gas and electricity, the contract was not made on equal terms for both parties, in several moments it took a long time to get any reply at all and only after several phone calls I got a virtual copy of the contract; earlier I was told to use an app to create a pdf. The agent also tried to not needing to send me an invoice, this got fixed in the process. There is high fluctuation in staff; 2 out of the 3 agents I was in touch in February 2024 do not work there anymore, and I got the impression not everyone is properly trained for the job and put under huge pressure. Despite several attempts to solve this situation, no-one wanted to take responsibility for what happened and that the above mentioned was not considered as mistakes. If professional and diligent work is important to you, better chose another agency.

Negative experience: I was scammed. There was an Argentine guy named Ricardo who one day asked me for 300 euros because he needed it. He left and hasn’t returned the money, and they don’t want to give me his contact information or a way to reach him. They have distanced themselves from what their employees do.
