Negative experience: The agency's owner, Yousef, is actually a pirate! He lies all the time. Please do not work with him at all. He bought our house and signed the dreaded Arras contract. He then mislead us regarding the inclusion of the IBI, which we were not aware of; he never submitted the invoice alone since he got payment in cash, preventing us from claiming taxes and other benefits. He refuses to answer the phone since he knows he is lying. Please do not work with him; he is a genuine scammer!

Negative experience: It's a scam. I booked for 37 euros and was told the booking was approved, and the next day they told me that cleaning was missing for 50 euros. It's shameful. They canceled my reservation and I still haven't received my money back. NEVER book here online.

Negative experience: It's a disaster as an intermediary for apartment rentals. We have felt cheated by this person. We are looking forward to the end of the contract so we can leave.

The cooker was cut off so did not work No air con No Heating No 24 hour reception Patio /garden was just soil Dirt not cleaned as states and certainly not professionally as states. We had to was all pans and plates before we.could use them . Spent 140 euro on our first day for cooking then discovered the oven does not work so most ended in the bin. No cleaning products as promised. Only 3 cups for 5 people No kettle.as.promised No Toaster as promised No Heating as states No change.of linen or towels in 10 days We complained to Booking.com who offered a 10 euro credit. We emailed the company direct who has failed to respond. Completely wrong we have asked them for a official complaints form.which they have failed to provide. Section 75 Notice will be the next step. What was sold to us was definitely not what we got

Negative experience: Es el apartamento nro 32. Urbanización buena. 2/9 Oct. 2021 Pero el apartamento es malísimo. La cocina sucia, grasienta. Imposible cocinar. El patio es un una cantera y sucio. Las camas y almohadas malas. El aire acondicionado no funciona. Lo único bueno es el frigorífico, agua caliente y TV.
