Negative experience: Very unprofessional agent.Met with your agent Carlos on Thursday 21 September at a house we really wanted to buy in Altea. We put in an offer at the end of our visit,before the next scheduled visit arrived. He emailed us the floor plans that evening after we emailed him to send them. Heard nothing back from him the whole Friday morning,so we messaged him Friday afternoon to see if the sellers accepted our offer. He didn't reply to the message at all and then when we phoned about 30mins later,he hung up on us. Absolutely appalling behaviour! How hard is it to message to let us know our offer was not accepted?! Not even given the chance to raise our offer!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, we scheduled to see an apartment and they didn't show up, nor did they notify us, leaving us waiting for almost an hour for nothing. After calling the real estate agency several times, they told us that the agent (CARLOS) was on his way, in another call they said they didn't know anything about him, and in the last call (with mockery on top) they told us that the agent we were waiting for just arrived at the office and had been waiting for us for 40 minutes at the agreed location, which is not true. Because if you wait like we did and they don't show up, the most logical thing is to call the other person. And nobody ever called us to inform us about anything.... waste of time and gas for nothing.

Negative experience: Professionalism 0. Formality -1. They tried to formalize a sale from which they would earn more than 10,000 euros, making terrible efforts in mediation and communication. The sale was not formalized and they did not inform the selling party. We lost two rents for not notifying. They did not respond to calls on their mobile phones, and we eventually managed to locate them through the real estate agency's phone. When it is in their interest, they make calls very quickly, even knowing the seriousness with my grandmother in the hospital. A disgrace of an agency. Not recommended at all. EDITED Speak clearly. You requested a second occupancy certificate, nothing to do with the legalization of any urban irregularities. The sale did not happen due to ineffective management on your part with a lady who had no legal training. Without a doubt, the most humiliating was on two occasions not making a call to the involved party, not responding to my calls, and having to locate them through third parties. They are there to collect, but when it comes to facing reality, they hide.

Negative experience: Totally disappointed with the service from this real estate agency. We had an appointment with CARLOS to visit a property, and he stood us up in every sense of the word, making us wait more than 40 minutes for him to show up. On top of that, he didn't even bother to contact us by phone. I do not recommend it at all; they are very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Apartment war renovierungsbedürftig, viele Sachen waren beschädigt, oder sogar kaputt. Das Apartment wurde mit einem Tiefgaragenparkplatz gebucht und als wir ankamen war unser Parkplatz an jemand anderes vergeben und wir bekamen ein anderen Parkplatz. Nach einigen Tagen haben wir am auto einen Zettel gefunden wo drauf stand das es ein Privatparkplatz ist und das Auto war beschädigt. von der Firma gab es weder eine Entschädigung noch eine Entschuldigung. Das einzige was wir bekamen war ein Parkplatz der besetzt war, sodass wir uns einen anderen auf eigene Faust suchen mussten und für den bezahlt haben. Das hat uns den urlaub vermiest, da wir das auto noch vor Ort reparieren mussten um nach hause zu kommen.

Dicho director quería poner sus habilidades lingüísticas a la práctica*, aunque no fuese la primera persona en este mundo que había descubierto los idiomas! ;-) *Aunque se notaba demasiadas veces, es una persona bastante educada. ¡Gracias por vender bien el apartamento!
