Negative experience: I received harassing messages from this company after booking a property with them. They sent repeated messages demanding I cancel because the property was already booked, which is not something I could control. Even after I replied multiple times the reservation already showed as canceled on my account, they continued to harass me and threatened legal action despite the fact there was nothing else I could do. I would not work with them. Noting response from the business, I double checked, and the number I received the messages from matches the number on the listing on Google as well as the company's website.

Fantastic experience: My father was the first real estate agent in whom he trusted in Los Cristianos. Mara, Carmen, and Bety have been very attentive and professional from the beginning. Since the pandemic, we have had problems with one of the rented apartments, not due to their fault. I recommend them.

Negative experience: I find it incredible that for simply giving an honest opinion and having been polite at all times, I was blocked directly without even being given other options. The truth is that it made me feel very bad because I didn't expect it. I want to think that they are not like this and that they simply took it the wrong way or are tired of such comments, and I can understand that, but it still seems like a rude gesture. There should be at least a little more empathy.

Negative experience: I have received harassment from Mara Machado regarding the property, even though my rent is up to date and there are no legal breaches. She has verbally assaulted me inside the apartment I rent, even after I told her about my 2-month pregnancy. We have now sent 2 official letters, and in the next harassment situation, we will proceed with criminal civil actions.
