Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have to give a bad rating as they made me lose a lot of money and have not been transparent with me. I had a VPO home for sale, and Ms. Creel contacted me because she had a client interested in buying. They came to see the house and handed me the contract, everything seemed fine, but when it came time to do the paperwork, for VPOs, you have to request the government's approval for the sale, which takes four documents. The person who knows how requests everything online in an afternoon, but when it came time for the paperwork, Ms. Gretel told me that she only does the paperwork for her client... haha, which client? Both the seller and the buyer are her clients, and to make such a large sum of money for practically doing nothing, as they act as advisors, and I would say not even that, more like companions. A real estate agent should take care of both the preparation for the sale and all the paperwork until the plusvalía procedure is completed, and this lady has neither the knowledge nor the certification to process everything. What is she going to send to the client as she has done a couple or three times to Santa Cruz for nothing when it can be done online in two minutes? Moreover, on top of all the money they took for being companions, I had to hire another person to handle the paperwork for me, effectively doing their job. In total, it cost me more than ten thousand euros, and they earn more than I do for selling my house. GRETEL, YOU CANNOT TAKE SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY JUST FOR ACTING AS AN ADVISOR, and from what I see in the comments, she only acts as an advisor, just telling the client to go to a certain bank and accompanying them to see the apartment, a bit more than that. In my experience, I would not hire real estate agents to sell; there are websites where you can post sales and the online paperwork is easy. If I had to hire someone, Tecnocasa, super professionals, would take care of everything completely. Well, I told City Center that at least they should refund me what I had to pay to the other person for doing their job, and I will make a complaint with consumer protection, and if they don’t pay attention, I will file a lawsuit since I consider it theft to take so much money and not act as a real estate agency. It’s all recorded. I am not going to pay another person for the pleasure of having hired them. Total, a huge amount and if she tells me that they act as advisors, I would say, 'my friend, then you cannot take such an amount.' Well, I hope they take note; you cannot keep deceiving with sweet words.
