Fantastic experience: Everything is perfect for an exceptional holiday. The apartment, recently renovated, is equipped with all comforts and is in an enviable location. The agency as de casas offers you the best service upon arrival and departure and is always available for any issue. We will definitely return using the same agency. Really well done.

Negative experience: Be careful if you rent with them, take pictures of how they hand over the apartment and watch out for the clauses in the contract, they are scoundrels and will try by all means and excuses to keep the deposit. What a pity it is not to have known what kind of usurers we were dealing with and to have taken pictures of the conditions in which the apartment was, from a destroyed sofa, the living room walls scratched with a pen, fallen baseboards.... and the entire apartment was returned freshly painted and much cleaner than how they handed it to us, it's a shame that the people I've spoken to don't want to waste time warning others about you.

She was the best person I could ask for. Her help, attitude and kindness during the process of searching for a new flat have been key for me to get my ideal home. Communication was always prompt & smooth. Plus she has a great sense of humor! I am extremely grateful to Sairy for making the process much easier. Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend As de Casas for their professionalism and very good customer service. Have rented in 3 countries and they are so far the best. Have put trust in them sending money in advance to reserve a flat from abroad, and they haven't disappointed. Everything went smoothy from distance and once we came over, we just signed papers and were given the key. Along the way we had minor issues with the flat and Sairy and Liliana were very quick to resolve them same day or next day. They even talked to the owner and helped us change the old mattress with a brand new more comfortable one. (My back thanks you ladies). Also, bills are sent promptly by the maintenance/admin department and they process any maintenance issue extremely fast. Overall we would highly recommend them as an estate agent, and more. 5* only !

Fantastic experience: Hallo wij kwamen in contact door een advertentie gelijk gereageerd en binnen een uur bericht terug gelijk afspraak gemaakt voor een bezichtiging fantastische begeleiding en gelijk huurcontract opgemaakt daarna hadden we problemen met de wasmachine gebeld en het werd opgelost wij kunnen deze mensen van harte aanbevelen wat een super te gr Ruud en Wilma kuipers
