If you are thinking of renting or buying through them, ABSOLUTELY CHECK EVERYTHING. I do not recommend them at all. Response to the real estate owner: We saw the apartment 2 TIMES and in a hurry. You wouldn't even give us the keys despite having paid thousands of euros for the reservation. The paperwork and procedures were done incorrectly by you and the owner, and because of that, it took us half a year to complete the purchase. The workers had nothing to do with you, and you didn't let us in either. 0 help from your side. You managed everything poorly in general and always in favor of the owner, because as you said, 'I wasn't charged a single euro,' and thank goodness, because I assure you that if I had to pay you something, you would get nothing.

Positive experience: Alquile un estudio con ellos y me parece excesivo que se lleven la mitad de una cuota por media hora para enseñarlo y firmar un contrato que bien lo puedes descargar por internet entre particulares ....

Negative experience: Pesimo , quedamos un lunes en que me llamarán para concertar cita de cara al viernes en un piso el cual estaba interesado, toda la semana llamando a la agente que se puso en contacto conmigo y el mismo viernes me llama para decirme que ya lo han alquilado...

Negative experience: En resumen si no eres funcionario y tienes una buena nómina ni te molestes en ir, publicidad engañosa en sus carteles y en su web, pone una cosa vas te acercas y te dicen otra...decepción.

Negative experience: Experiencia muy desagradable. La señora Eva Cañas Cañas, en cuánto ha sabido nuestro rango de precios, y por tanto nuestra capacidad adquisitiva, y preguntado sobre la modalidad del alquiler con opción a compra no le hemos interesado, nos ha despachado de muy mala forma (ni 5 min hemos estado), diciendo que tenía más gente esperando y que nos fueramos a la pública con muy mala cara... Si tenéis un nivel adquisitivo medio-bajo y buscáis alquileres con dicha opción, no os molestéis, ya que la señora es una clasista, y os evitaréis la mala experiencia y mal sentir que nos hemos llevado nosotros.

Negative experience: Muy mal trato. Nos ha dejado plantado varias veces (ISABEL)avisandonos a la hora de quedar para ver los pisos y en una ocasión diciendo que venia el dueño a por las llaves que lo habia alquilado por su parte cuando un familiar llamo y decia que lo tenia libre, trato NEFASTO.

Positive experience: No e alquilado ningun piso,pero si e visto varios CON ISABEL una chica joven y encantadora que se mostraba super atenta con las necesidades que adquiriamos.Eso hace falta mas gente como ella que si buscas un piso y confias en esa inmobiliaria te lo busquen y no pasar del cliente ya que somos quienes pagamos y en esta inmobiliaria se implican y te dan fiabilidad .
