Negative experience: Lack of professionalism, we had agreed to book a student room, and he preferred to reserve it for other people after confirming that he was booking it for me. A week before classes started, he left me out on the street with nowhere to go.
Just because you visit a property, like it, and propose to be accepted as a tenant doesn't mean that you have to be necessarily accepted by the landlord. The decision to be accepted or not into an apartment does not belong to this agency. That decision, as it cannot be otherwise, belongs to its legitimate owner. In this case, the owner decided to rent it to another group of students instead of you, and that decision must be respected even if we don't like it, rather than blaming the agency.

Negative experience: I have been trying to contact them for 2 months about a chalet in Pozuelo de Calatrava, and they neither answer the phone nor respond to the contact messages I send through Idealista. I find it shameful. If I were the owner of the chalet, I certainly wouldn't leave the sale in their hands. What a lack of seriousness and desire to sell. I have never seen anything like this in my life.

Negative experience: Buenos días, he solicitado a través de idealista sus servicios 5 veces y no me han contestado. Una vez se le puede pasar, dos puede ser , pero 5 ya creo que algo falla, parece que no son muy formales y no quieren clientes.
Sentimos mucho su experiencia con nosotros.Como consecuencia del COVID-19, hemos tenido que atender a nuestros clientes de uno en uno, con restricciones en las visitas y con aforos en nuestra oficina, lo cual ha generado que muchos clientes opten por solicitar información a través del correo electrónico.Son muchos los correos que se reciben a diario y para nosotros todos son importantes. No podemos dar prioridad a unos en detrimento de otros. Todos los correos son contestados según su orden de llegada y a la mayor brevedad posible.Sentimos que usted no haya tenido la espera necesaria para ser atendido.

Estimada Rosa, usted está faltando a la verdad. Usted no tenía apalabrado ningun piso, tan solo se ha limitado a visitar durante toda la mañana otros inmuebles con otras agencias, y cuando usted no ha encontrado lo que iba buscando, nos ha llamado interesandose por este piso, y ya se había alquilado. Comprenderá que en la epoca de máxima demanda de alquileres no podemos estar esperando a que usted se decida.

Muy Sr. nuestro. Respecto a su comentario, decirle que en ocasiones se da la circunstancia de que nuestros clientes, tras haber visitado y estar interesados en el alquiler de una vivienda. Estos no pueden hacer la reserva e incluso firmar el contrato en varios días, al no encontrarse en Ciudad Real, por motivos de trabajo, etc.Nosotros somos tremendamente respetuosos con nuestros clientes y le podemos guardar la vivienda, pero lo que no hacemos es dar de baja un inmueble sin una señal y sin firmar el contrato. Ya nos ha pasado en alguna ocasión que cliente al final ha cambiado de opinión.Nosotros damos de baja los inmuebles una vez que el contrato se termina perfeccionando, o al menos hay una señal entregada y que en ocasiones lleva algún tiempo.La página web se actualiza cada 24 horas, por lo tanto las altas y las bajas se actualizan todos los días.
