Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria con la que he tratado. En primer lugar contacté con ellos para un piso que seguía colgado en la web pero ya estaba reservado. Acto seguido me llamaron y me ofrecieron otro piso de características similares aunque un poco más caro. Acepté ir a verlo. La visita fue cordial, dije reiteradamente que estaba muy interesado en el piso, di una cifra en la que la comercial me confirmó que los dueños estaban dispuestos a aceptarla y pedí un día para pensar si me lo quedaba o no finalmente (como es lógico). No habiendo transcurrido ni 18h confirmé que me lo quedaba y me contestaron diciendo que ya estaba reservado para otra persona. Desde luego se le puede dar una medalla a la comercial sin escrúpulos que se limitó a decirme "el primero que paga se la lleva" cuando me llamó por teléfono para ofrecerme un tercer piso y seguir riéndose de mi.

This is where the problems with the real estate agency began. We asked them to send us the purchase contract so we could read it before signing. In this purchase contract, it clearly specifies the payment dates to be made by the buyer, but at no point does it specify the date for executing the purchase before a notary, according to regulations, which is 90 days from the signing of the earnest money contract. The head of the Guipuzcoana real estate agency tried to deceive us on several occasions during the purchase process of the property. In the end, we had to come to an agreement directly with the sellers and finally we were able to execute before a notary. Truly a nightmare. I do not recommend this real estate agency.

Fantastic experience: Muy buena experiencia con ellos. Super atentos a todos los detalles, una vez alquilado el piso siguen mostrando interes por nosotros y mostrando la preocupacion de si todo va bien.

Negative experience: Nada recomendable. Una vez que pagas se olvidan. Y al liquidar alguna vivienda te meten pagos sin factura: en mi caso la limpieza, cuando el piso se quedo limpio de arriba a abajo, el casero se supone que le habría pagado a algún limpiador 150 euros y en la inmobiliaria me dicen que no me hacen factura porque si no seria más caro. Vamos que me estaban diciendo: te robamos en tu cara. Bueno y algún que otro pago injusto..Pero tenía muchas ganas de desvincularse con ellos y he aceptado. De verdad nada recomendable.

Negative experience: CUIDADO!! La peor inmobiliaria de renteria. Un desastre absoluto y 0 profesionales. Desentendimiento absoluto hacia El comprador y vendedor. Solo quieren tu dinero y una vez que lo tienen se olvidan.

Negative experience: Al principio la gente nos dió la impresión de ser profesionales que daba mucha confianza. El piso que nos ofrecieron no fue nuevo, con muchos desperfectos y la obra de malisima calidad. Pero estaba muy bien sutuado y en aquel momento fue el criterio más importante. Nos aseguró el director de la agencia que aunque tuviera desperfectos el piso, al rescindir el contrato no pasaría nada (porque conocía bien al propietario). Además era muy dificil apuntar/tomar fotos de todos los desperfectos (por ser muchos) y por lo tando nos confiamos en las fotos que sacó gente de la agencia (y ese fue el error más grave que cometimos). A la hora de rescindir el contrato nos jugaron una mala pasada. Usaron precisamente los desperfectos de los que no habían sacado las fotos y así el propietario tuvo la excusa de culparnos de haber hecho daños en el piso y se quedó con la fianza (seguramente hubo algún acuerdo entre el propietario y la agencia). Y además, un@ de l@s agentes habló con nosotros de una manera poco educada. Todo nos resultó bastante chocante... En principoio, deberíamos haber ido al juicio, pero estabamos en una situación un poco dificil (por varios motivos) y no nos dio tiempo ni ganas. Lamento no haberlo hecho. Al final la culpa nuestra, por demasiada confianza... Tratar o no con esta agencia, decidis vosotros. En general, cuidado con las fotos que sacan en las inmobiliarias! Tambien, muy aconsejable rescindir el contrato con un abogado.

Negative experience: Me gustaría contar mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria. Yo compartí piso con otra inquilina en un piso propiedad de la inmobiliaria. El piso estaba en la calla Almirante Alonso en Hondarribia. Cuando yo llegue me adherí al contrario que tenía la otra inquilina. Pasamos a estar las dos en el contrato. Prácticamente desde el principio hubo problemas y la inquilina intento que me marchara. Al tener contrato firmado no pudo echarme, pero me empezó a hacer la vida imposible y decidi que era momento de empezar a buscar otra cosa. Cuando le dije que había encontrado otra casa y que podía irme, tanto casero como inquilina me dijeron que no había visado con un mes y no me devolverían la fianza, a pesar de que ella me estaba “echando”. Acordamos que me quedara un mes más sin pagar para que así al finalizar no tuvieran que devolverme la fianza. Mi miedo desde el principio fue la devolución de la fianza puesto que conocía a la chica que estuvo antes que yo y ella también tuvo muchos problemas. Yo no estaba dispuesta a irme sin la fianza. El último mes me hizo la vida imposible, estuve todo el mes sin salir de casa porque no me fiaba y al final vino mi novio porque aquello era insostenible. Casero e inquilina de alguna forma están unidos y solo intentan que la tercera persona pague todos los gastos, llegando hasta inventárselos. Jamás hice un pago al casero, todo fue a través de la inquilina. Al principio se acordó con el casero que el cambiaría la cama puesto que no estaba en buenas condiciones. En los cinco meses que he estado en el piso no vi ninguna cama diferente a pesar de comentárselo repetidas veces. Para poder salir de ahí reclame los servicios de un abogado en varias ocasiones. En todo momento temí por la fianza y me reclamaron muchísimas cosas de las que yo no tenía porque hacerme cargo.
