Fantastic experience: Honestly very pleased with Jesús and Eñaut. Clear and straightforward. We have been on both sides of the operation, as owners and as interested parties. Nothing to complain about. What you expect from a lifelong real estate agency, which gives you the security and peace of mind you need. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your trust and rating! We are glad to know that you felt well taken care of and that we met your expectations. Thank you for sharing your experience, we will always be here to help you.
Negative experience: I DID NOT LIKE the treatment received. You make a reasonable counteroffer and they get upset and hint that they won't show you any more apartments. In the end, we bought from another real estate agency, of course, and in Altza, and in good condition to move in, with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a large balcony, facing south and east, and all exterior, for the price that Elizalde said was impossible, that there was none at that price. €172,000. THERE WAS.
Negative experience: The commercial attention of one of their employees (at least on two occasions) is at least very peculiar. I think it is to be expected a reasonably relaxed and pleasant treatment. Not submissive, but also not inquisitive or pressing.
