Negative experience: They never answer the phone or emails from real estate portals. You go there and find a rude person talking on their mobile about personal matters while the agency's phone keeps ringing without being answered. They tell us they have a long waiting list and that we arrived too late, and we tell them we have been trying to contact for days. They get very cocky, and we leave because they say they won’t show us the place.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency has been disappointing. María Angeles attended me, and from the moment I got out of the car, her reaction changed. Of course, she noticed that I am a foreigner! She hadn't even finished showing me the apartment when she told me that it was already reserved for other people. It was obvious that I was the first person to see the apartment because she didn't even know where the parking space was. The most embarrassing and unprofessional part was when she went into another room saying she would call her colleague to ask about the parking space, but instead, she started mumbling things. In short, it was a waste of time; the rejection was evident throughout the visit to the apartment.

Negative experience: My experience with this company has been disastrous. I contacted them about 2 apartments listed on Idealista, and they called me to ask about my financial situation (before showing me the apartment), telling me that they handle it in the order of contact. I replied that I was one of the first to contact them through the app, and they responded that they would call me later. Not a single update regarding the apartment. Second experience: I called asking about another apartment, and they told me that it was already spoken for by someone else, but if they hadn't received the deposit by Monday, they would get in touch with me. My partner called using their phone and was told something completely different. Conclusion: thanks for nothing and for not even giving me the opportunity to explain my personal situation (I had a guarantor). P.S.: If you're going to respond saying that you don't have anyone in your database with my name, don't even bother replying.

Negative experience: They didn't explain to me that the apartment was in a very noisy area in El Tubo de Zaragoza, it was unbearable to live there. When there were problems with the housing, they didn't pay any attention and referred me to the owner. I don't recommend, they charge and don't want to know anything else about you.

Negative experience: Disappointing the attention received from the real estate agency. They publish an ad on a Friday, close Saturday and Sunday, making it impossible to contact them all weekend. On Monday morning I call to ask about an apartment, and they tell me they will get in touch with me. At 10:24, Idealista informs me that the ad is no longer available and until now, no one has called me to inform me that the apartment has been rented. I had to do it myself to confirm that the apartment was already reserved and, to top it off, the person who answered the phone took offense. Another business where they prefer to delete the ad to avoid unnecessary workload while forgetting the rest of the people looking for a place to live.

Negative experience: Little professionalism. Despotic and rude salespeople. They tell you they will call you and never do, and then when you rent, they wash their hands (personal experience). Scammers. You can notify the Pope of Rome and take all the measures you deem appropriate against a public review service that you are going to regret. At least let it serve so that ordinary people know how you work and also how you threaten in your responses. Perhaps those who visit you are an inspection and a lawsuit for threats. I edit again. As mentioned in another review... Arrogance is a bad companion and you are also overflowing with arrogance... It serves you little. OVERCOME IT.

I called 10 minutes after posting the ad, and as soon as she asked about my work situation, which I think should be asked once the apartment has been shown and if I have shown interest after seeing it, not based on 4 photos and a 3-minute call. When I mentioned that I am currently not working due to certain circumstances, but I have enough financial solvency and even more than one guarantor... Her response was... 'I'll note that because we go in order, and people have already called, you know...' In 11 minutes of the ad? Just as you dismiss potential tenants in 3 minutes, prospective clients dismiss you for selling any property. And you can save the absurd replies like 'Did you feel bad for not getting an apartment?' as I've had to read in some reviews... Just because one works doesn’t guarantee a secure rental payment, and I, as the owner of a real estate agency, would ensure that I have 'ladies' contracted. Best regards, and don’t worry... It took me 18 hours to find an apartment that I was shown first, and the contract was negotiated and signed afterward. After your comment, I will also tell you that arrogance is bad company. A pesar de que yo no estaba aún en Zaragoza, me guiaron perfectamente en todo el proceso de alquiler cumpliendo los plazos de información, facilitando diferentes formas de contacto y gestionando ágilmente toda la documentación y pasos previos a la firma del contrato (planos, fotografías, reserva, dudas, etc) En el momento de la firma toda la documentación estaba ya revisada y consensuada por inquilino y propietarios. Además, me entregaron una guía detallada y actualizada para hacer todos los cambios de titularidad de suministros de gas, electricidad y agua. La vivienda es uno de los elementos básicos del bienestar para cualquier persona.
