Negative experience: Unsuccessful attempt to buy a house. 2 weeks waiting to know if the bank that this real estate agency usually works with accepts financing. I send the documentation to the real estate agency, and they forward it to the bank. And still no news from either the bank or the real estate agency. Frustrating to look for something "good". And when you find it, fighting just to get an answer. I give 2 ☆ because I don't know if it's negligence from the bank or negligence from the real estate agency for not following up on a potential property sale. I don't understand this "sales" policy, which is common.

Negative experience: I make an offer for an apartment and they tell me they will let me know something and they don't. A month later they make excuses and I make them a new offer and they tell me the same thing. Two weeks later I see that the apartment is already sold. Logically, I see that they are not interested in my offer, but I think the least they can do is respond. Very unprofessional. They leave a lot to be desired. Pirates!!

Negative experience: Giving them one star is too generous, they rent out properties with tricks to not return your deposit. The tenant is not obligated to pay for the refurbishment of the property for the next tenant. The apartments are in a terrible state of use, where faults begin to appear everywhere, and they know it. I rented an apartment on Cuartelillo Street 2, Calatayud. Be careful, it's a VPO apartment with rights to a garage and storage room that you will never use, as they clearly make fraudulent use of it, and you pay for community fees, garbage, etc. They manage to keep your deposit by inventing issues after you leave the property more than a month later and a bunch of lies. They keep taking bits of the deposit and pull out fictitious invoices that they present as handwritten delivery notes, hahaha, they basically call you an idiot to your face. They should shut down their real estate agency; their greed and avarice are the worst you can encounter. They take people's money and do not respect the terms of the contracts. When the garage and storage room are linked and you pay community fees, you have the right to enjoy them. They have gone over 30 days past the deadline for the deposit return and still have not returned the money, and the landlord is even worse—a real arrogant bird. It's a shame you can't hang the WhatsApp messages; they pass the blame around to each other as accomplices in the same scheme. Luckily, no one escapes from the tax office. I do not recommend this real estate agency under any circumstances; terrible experience, they scam your money.

The property has the authority to decide whether to return it or not, based on the condition of the property. Negative experience: Edit after response. They did not keep the entire deposit for a partition that was already rotten when we moved in. They wanted to keep a part, and when we said we didn't think it was fair, a month later (that is, two months after we left the apartment) they made up more damages and said they were keeping everything now. They rent and sell apartments like scammers. This rental experience was lamentable. A landlord who stole our deposit after all sorts of problems in the house (including cockroaches and other pests) and everything was quite irregular. We are in legal proceedings. They gave us the apartment in awful conditions, and after cleaning, painting, and leaving it a thousand times better than it was, the landlord made up damages and blamed us for others that were already there, keeping the entire deposit. They had the signature for the keys, and the damages were pointed out almost two months after we had left. I would never buy or rent here again.
En relación a vuestras quejas de la misma vivienda (Ruth, Samuel y Alejandro). Lamentamos vuestra mala experiencia y sentimos lo ocurrido. Como intermediarios hemos hecho todo lo posible para mediar entre las partes. En todo momento todas vuestras quejas durante el alquiler se trasladaron a la propiedad y se subsanaron, tanto en el tema de limpieza en la vivienda, que fue una persona a limpiar (antes de que entrarais a la vivienda); como el tema de las cucarachas que afectaba a todo el Edificio (se llamó a una empresa de desinfección a través de la comunidad) y del tema del garaje (se subsanó a través del Seguro del Garaje y del Administrador de Fincas). Por nuestra parte, se realizaron innumerables y demostrables gestiones tanto con los administradores de las distintas comunidades como con las empresas de mantenimiento y de la compañía de seguros, solucionando todos los problemas que han ido surgiendo.Sobre el tema de la Fianza de la Vivienda, ésta se depositó en la DGA y cuando se resuelve el contrato la propiedad es quien la recibe. Ésta tiene la potestad para decidir si la devuelve o no, en base al estado del inmueble. Nosotros como inmobiliaria somos meros intermediarios entre la Propiedad y los Inquilinos. En este caso, el motivo de vuestro enfado es que la Propiedad no os ha devuelto el 100 % de la Fianza debido al estado de la mampara del baño.Deseamos que la situación aún se pueda solucionar y que podáis llegar a un acuerdo entre las partes. Negative experience: TERRIBLE. We signed a rental contract because we were assured that they would hire a cleaning company before we moved in). LIE, NO ONE CLEANED THERE (the proof was the petrified cockroaches in the kitchen). We did all the cleaning and painting ourselves. Shortly thereafter, a plague of cockroaches appeared, which made the ant infestation we were trying to eliminate seem less significant. And let's not even talk about the parking space, the pipe above was broken, the car became disgusting, and as if that weren't enough, when we opened the report, we were told it had been reported two years ago. The key handover was the best part; we signed with the real estate agency (while signing, the woman mentioned that she didn't know how we had put up with living in that apartment for so long). Weeks later, when we no longer had access to that apartment, the damages started to appear for which they began to withhold money from us until they told us that they wouldn’t return it. I'm sure I forgot something, but I believe this is enough of a warning; all my acquaintances are avoiding this real estate agency, and I wish I had had this comment as a warning to avoid it too.

Negative experience: Antes de abandonar el piso donde vivo dejé que Fincas Artal y concretamente su comercial Leticia hicieran una visita al piso con otros clientes. Tras terminar la visita salimos todos al rellano y la señorita Leticia cerró la puerta de la vivienda (habiéndole dicho varias veces que no lo hiciera) dejándome fuera y sin llaves. Tras preguntarle cómo se iban a hacer cargo del coste me dijo “yo no voy a pagarte nada”. Supuse que la empresa se pondría en contacto conmigo para intentar solucionar la situación pero a día de hoy, (tras 15 o 20 días) no he recibido noticias de ellos. Me parece lamentable la forma de actuar tanto de Leticia como de Fincas Artal. Espero que tengáis en cuenta este mensaje antes de pensaros en contratar a esos “profesionales”. Por supuesto el coste del cerrajero me he tenido que hacer cargo yo

Negative experience: Servicio lamentable, no pongo 0 estrellas porque no me deja Google. Ya no vuelvo a solicitar sus servicios y menos recomendarlo. Vendimos un piso y solo piensan en beneficiar a quién conocen, aunque no sea la persona que pone el piso a su disposición. No informan de nada, ni de los trámites que hay que hacer, dejando solo al vendedor en todo momento y generándole problemas y más gastos de los que debería tener.
