Negative experience: Terrible, terrible experience. Instead of upholding the seller's rights, they stand as defenders of the Bank Agency with which buyers obtain the Mortgage. Claims for 'Provision of Funds' from the seller that are unfounded, and the Real Estate Agency does not defend the lack of grounds and becomes an extension of the banking entity.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, I had scheduled an appointment to see an apartment on a Saturday at 11:00 AM. I arrive at the place, no one shows up, and when I call them, they tell me that it had already been reserved and they forgot to inform me. Terrible experience and professionalism.
