Negative experience: no pongo menos puntuación porque no se puede, informales, no se preocupan de nada, no atienden los avisos, ni por whatsapp, ni presenciales, ni por teléfono, la contabilidad mal llevada, les pides presupuestos no lo gestionan dos años para que pidan presupuestos para poner un ascensor, llevamos para que arreglen una avería también cerca de dos años, hemos dado aviso de que se ha estropeado la luz de la escalera con el consiguiente peligro que conlleva tener que bajar a oscuras y ni responden, llamas y te tienen 20 minutos a la espera y no te atienden o ni siquiera cogen el teléfono, podría seguir porque todo con ellos es vergonzoso.

I just hope my community takes good note of them and gets its act together with this administration, which has been an absolute disaster since she took over. They do not care about the problems and needs in the community... They are 'disastrous'.

Negative experience: Terrible property manager, they do not answer the phone, the community accounting is not done correctly, they put debts on those who have the fee debited and do not want to do anything about the delinquents, they ignore insurance management and other conditions that influence the community fee, they never answer the phone or other messages like emails, an absolute disaster, our community will be managed by this company for the last year.

Negative experience: An absolute disaster. A huge lack of professionalism; the same person never attends to you, which means that even the most basic procedures, like collecting payments, are not carried out. They manage an insurance portfolio and only care that the community hires an insurance policy from the ones they offer, without even consulting the community about the change, even if this involves judicial procedures with the previous company. In the end, the work they should be doing is done by the community president, who does not get paid every month like they do.

Negative experience: Certainly an example of dreadful professionalism, you can call daily and the corresponding person never attends to you, not to mention replying to emails, they assure you that they will call you back day after day and nothing happens. The management of communities cannot be more deficient, error after error, lack of commitment, total display of ignorance and inexperience in many topics. Practically no management done either in time or form (not even the simplest task like calling a meeting, communicating an error in a circular...). If you want to sink a community of property owners, this is undoubtedly the place, if what you want is a minimum of professionalism and seriousness, they have neither and do nothing to achieve it. An absolute shame.
