Negative experience: In my opinion, they are unprofessional. I went to sell my apartment and we agreed for the next day to show them the apartment, and they made me wait an hour for nothing. In the end, they didn't want to see it and made me waste my time.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Ángel who helped us find an apartment at the moment we needed it the most. The truth is that he is an excellent person, knows how to listen and always treated us with kindness, calmness, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: We rented a student apartment, and when we entered, we found it dirty and full of junk. The bathrooms were awful, with used towels and remnants from the previous tenants. The kitchen gallery, the windows, and the terrace hadn't been cleaned in years. To avoid complaining, we (the mothers) cleaned it before moving in. We threw away a bunch of containers and accumulated waste, leaving everything clean. When we left the house, we did the same; compared to how we found it, it was spotless. We didn't take photos of how we found it, but we did of how we left it. The owner, without any shame, deducted 10 hours for cleaning a house that, in any case, only needed 2 hours. A scam. The real estate agents, after collecting their 1200 euro commission, were unable to mediate despite having sent them videos and photos. They completely ignored the situation, so be careful... check everything and take photos of the before and after of the houses you rent. As a real estate agency, they should have gone to review the house before and after the tenants' entry and exit. They completely ignored it.

Negative experience: Not happy with the service provided. They charged a monthly rental fee of €1200 for nothing.

Negative experience: Un desastre de empresa. Me atiende una chica (creo que se llamaba Mari Luz o algo asi) con desgana y me dice que no me puede enseñar un piso, porque firman arras esa misma tarde. Igual es que era Agosto y no tenía muchas ganas de trabajar....el calor....Llamo a otra inmobiliaria, que tenía ese mismo piso, y me lo enseña sin problemas. Le cuento al propietario, que estaba en la visita, lo que me había dicho Habitale y me dice textualmente "vaya panda de mentirosos". Ahí lo dejo. Me han dado muy mala imagen y cero confianza. Y por supuesto, no les haré buena publicidad...
