Negative experience: It's incredible that this real estate agency continues to charge interested parties 1 month of rent as a commission when there is a new law that completely prohibits it. They can only charge the property owner.

First of all, I would like to tell you that before leaving a review with bad faith and defaming an agency that has been giving our best to our clients for 10 years, you should inform yourself well about what you are saying. First, the new housing law requires the owner to pay the agency's commission by law only when the lease contract is for a regular residence of 12 months, so all contracts that are not for regular residence, like in this case [TEMPORARY FOR 11 MONTHS], the commission must be paid by the tenant. If you have doubts, read the new housing law that came into effect on May 28, 2023. And please, before insulting and defaming, get informed well. Ignorance is like a blind person who cannot see.
