Negative experience: The first contact was friendly and then things went downhill. Can't recommend anyone to seek help here. We were interested in a property and were always told "No problem" and "Don't worry, everything is okay". In the end it was the opposite as we were fortunate to obtain the community meeting recordings through our attorney. Illegal buildings behind the house, part of the terrace was built illegally and the seller and agent also claimed that the facade renovation had already been paid for by the seller. Of course, it then turned out that there was no money in the account, nor were there any plans to renovate the facade. We still made a discounted offer and there was no willingness to compromise. Week after week, our contact there became less friendly, exerted pressure on WhatsApp, made accusations against us and became insulting. We can only advise everyone not to do business with these unfriendly and unprofessional people.

Negative experience: I have never met someone so UNPROFESSIONAL and INSULTING! We were ready to buy a property from Amparo Ribera and she showed us a list of prices that she shouldn't have. The owner of the property got angry with her and she proceeded to blame us and insult us in the middle of the meeting. There was too many red flags with this company to ignore so we backed out thinking that would be the end. Nope. She has since been sending me insulting and treatening messages on WhatsApp. STAY AWAY!!!

Negative experience: If I buy an item in Valencia, it will not be through you. I had a very suspicious acquaintance with the staff.

Negative experience: Muy informales. Me dicen que voy a ser la primera persona en visitar una casa y al día siguiente me llaman para decirme que la acaban de reservar. No tienen palabra, menos mal que no he cerrado ningún trato con ell@s... Porque no da confianza.

Negative experience: La atención podía haber mejorado mucho. El trato al principio fue regular pero luego de ya casi firmar contrato, que ellos ya habían cobrado su comisión, el trato fue terrible e inadecuado.

Negative experience: Quedo con ellos, aviso de que llego tarde, llego y no hay nadie. No avisan de que se van, no contestan al teléfono, me cuelgan. Un servicio de 10! Espero que vendáis muchas casas así!
