Negative experience: To rent parking spaces, you have to pay a deposit (the first time I see this), but that's not all; I was lied to when they didn't want to return it to me when I hadn't signed the contract yet due to a force majeure issue, saying that it was the owner who kept the deposit, and that wasn't the case, they kept that money for themselves.

After agreeing on an apartment that was delivered to us in terrible condition, they made us pay the security deposit for damages that we did not cause and that were already there initially. Very poor communication with the agents; they did not listen to our requests and at all times sought their own benefit rather than that of the client.

Negative experience: My experience at this place has been absolutely terrible. They handed me an apartment that was not cleaned and not checked after the stay of two tenants who had their full deposit returned. After my stay and that of my roommate, having informed the real estate agency of the damages deducted at all times, we had a whopping half of the deposit deducted when the owner herself came to check the apartment. It's an absolute disgrace since they deducted the money for the damages that we had already found upon entering the property, total neglect from the real estate agency towards us tenants. We sent a complaint form to the consumer association of Valencia, and I hope their mismanagement has some consequences.

Negative experience: I am a neighbor on Amparo Ballester street and our mailboxes and courtyard have been filled with advertising. We have 3 signs at different points of the entrance to the estate indicating that we do not accept advertising. Your messenger has ignored them completely. Now all your advertising is on the ground and on the sidewalk of the street. The responsible party is the advertising company as the law indicates. This is not the first time we have been disrespected and our right not to receive advertising has been ignored. We are going to take legal action.

Negative experience: Shameful management, they deliver the apartment absolutely uninhabitable and not cleaned and they take no responsibility for anything. According to them, they only charge for drafting the contract, they take no responsibility for anything else. Not recommendable at all. I ignored the bad reviews and I have paid dearly for it.
