Positive experience: We were quite dissatisfied with the return of the deposit, we were handed an apartment painted in patches and they deducted from the deposit for a newly painted apartment. The manager of the real estate club is a true gentleman, undoubtedly the best part of this company.

Negative experience: Poor professionalism, poor management. They have violated the rental law and as the tenant is the weak party, you are left defenseless.

Fantastic experience: They equally safeguard the interests of both the owner and the tenant. They manage the entire process brilliantly. In my case, I was attended to by Laura. Her professionalism and kindness made the process very smooth and without incidents.

Negative experience: Terrible management. They showed us two apartments, we sent all the documentation and in a few days they replied to see if they would accept me or not. I called for two consecutive weeks to ask, and they told me they would call me to give me the answer shortly, and nothing. Even after three weeks, I am still waiting for a response or anything. We feel deceived; so much documentation, and on top of that, the real estate fee is charged to the tenant, which is already prohibited. It should be paid by the owner of the apartment, not the person renting. It’s a disgrace, I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: I currently have a rental with them, and I've been waiting for a year for the repair of a kitchen stove. The technician has come to my house several times, turning off the stove and warning that it's a danger because the kitchen runs on gas. I'm still waiting for some supposed injectors that have already been changed several times, and I still have a broken stove. The lack of communication between the worker and the real estate agency is terrible; one gives me one version, and the agency gives me another. When it comes to payment, they are quite fast; as I've seen in other comments, I'm not the only one. The mismanagement is incredible. A bathroom in terrible conditions and delays, longer and longer. Do not rent long-term; once you rent, they ignore any issues with the apartment if they have the income at the end of the month.

Negative experience: These people, if I can call them that, are negligent. We went to see an apartment and provided the documentation they required. After waiting 3 days for a response, we called to see if they had given us an answer, and they told us that they hadn't even looked at the email, I repeat, after 3 days. To top it off, they called us saying that they decided on another interested party, and we were left looking foolish waiting for days without any response. Terrible management, terrible treatment of the client, 0 communication between agent and office, overall a 0. I will never look at any of your apartments or houses again, and I will not recommend the real estate agency either. In fact, I will communicate the reality of this regrettable company to anyone interested.

Negative experience: If you are reading this, run away from here. It has been a disastrous experience, where the workers just try to come up with excuses to take more money from you and keep your deposit. Thank God, we didn't go through what some people mentioned in comments where they deducted from the deposit for trivial matters, as the apartment was returned just as we received it. What stands out is that they send you bills without receipts to justify them, trying to bait you so they can keep the deposit, or a large part of it. Excuse me, but we can agree that all utility charges should be justified with the receipt from the issuing company.

Fantastic experience: Hello, the person who made my appointment and video call was super great, they clarified my doubts, and everything was very well detailed and explained, even though it was a video call... I did really well.

Negative experience: It has been the worst experience. On June 8, 2023, we delivered the deposit for an apartment we were going to rent through this real estate agency. On June 14, not even a week later, they told us we would sign the contract, but 24 hours later, after having paid the deposit, they wanted to increase the rent. Finally, 7 hours before the signing of the contract, the agency informed us that the rental was suspended since the owner did not want to rent the property. They left us with the move completed and everything packed in boxes, without providing any solution. We are a family with a child, and they have left us practically homeless as we had already vacated our previous rental since we thought this was practically closed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Negative experience: Hoy he tenido una experiencia muy desagradable con la señora que atiende el teléfono en la oficina cuyo nombre desconozco. Pero el trato ha sido degradante. Quería preguntarle sobre mi posibilidad de optar a algún alquiler dada mi situación de excedencia por cuidado de familiares y residir en otra Comunidad Autónoma. Desde el primer momento su tono ha sido hostil hacia mi persona. Esta señora me pide un documento que no existe, que es el alta tras excedencia porque lógicamente aún no me he incorporado. Supongo que su ignorancia le hará desconocer que la incorporación tras este tipo de excedencia en la Administración requiere únicamente presentarse en el puesto de trabajo porque es automática. Claro, para reincorporarme a mi puesto de trabajo mi idea era ya tener lugar donde vivir. Entiendo que mi situación pueda generar desconfianza en el propietario, está en su derecho. Pero lo dificilmente entendible es el tono de voz despectivo de esta señora diciéndome que me buscara un hotel. Comprendo que mi situación es incómoda para buscar vivienda, pero hay otras formas de tratar a la gente, se puede decir lo mismo con educación y respeto.

Os puedo asegurar que es con diferencia la mejor inmobiliaria con la que he tenido el placer de alquilar. Contacté con ellos porque necesitaba un piso para unos meses ya que iba a hacer una sustitución allí en Santa Cruz. Me ofrecieron una gran flexibilidad a la hora de finalizar el contrato ya que no sabía concretamente el tiempo que iba a durar dicha sustitución en mi puesto docente.
