Negative experience: My experience with Tecnocasa has been disastrous. I find them very manipulative; they charge a very high commission and also charge the buyer a commission. They are constantly demanding that you lower the price of the apartment, telling you that if you don’t lower it, you won’t sell it. Their manipulation seems like harassment to me. Moreover, they make you sign a term, and if after this term you cancel the contract with them, you cannot sell the apartment to the people who viewed it through their agency for a year. I had it for 6 months, and it was six months of constant harassment. In fact, you just have to look at how much Tecnocasa has grown in a short time, and that does not come from selling apartments honestly. Nowadays, I am happy because I switched to another agency, and within a month, they sold my apartment for the price I wanted and of course for half the commission.

Negative experience: It can only be defined as harassment what they do. Since I have been living in my house, they come EVERY MONTH to ask if I am interested in buying, selling... If I am interested, I will reach out to the real estate agency myself. You do not have to come EVERY SINGLE MONTH to call my building (and all others) to ask anything. Nobody has requested your service. Don't be so incredibly annoying.
