Aches
Aches Inmobiliaria is a prestigious real estate agency based in the heart of Salamanca, specializing in providing personalized and expert service in both the property and financial sectors. With deep knowledge of the urban and rural fabric of the province, we describe ourselves as "local people, people of Salamanca", a factor that allows us to build unique trust and closeness with our clients.
Our portfolio includes a wide range of properties for sale and rent: from renovated homes and new developments in emblematic neighborhoods like Van Dyck or Federico Anaya, to urban plots, semi-detached chalets in the suburbs, and industrial warehouses ready for business. We also cater to investors, offering opportunities with high rental potential and properties requiring renovation.
At Aches, we do more than just buy and sell; we guide our clients through the entire process. We provide professional property appraisals, fiscal and financial advice, and effective marketing strategies to ensure maximum visibility. Whether you are looking for your dream home, a solid investment, or want to sell your property at the best price, our team, led by experts like Magdalena Encinas, is ready to help you achieve your real estate goals in Salamanca.

Negative experience: A few days ago I went with my wife for information about apartments... the service was shameful, especially from the old man with white hair... unacceptable...!!! NOT recommended the real estate agency... Don't be fooled...!!!!!
We have read your review and apologize if that poor attention was given by our team, it is not our procedure. In any case, we are trying to identify the gentleman you describe and verify if what happened occurred in our office. Thank you very much.
Fantastic experience: Real estate agency with great professionals. I recommend it. Very detail-oriented and kind. They treated us very well during the sale management of our apartment. They informed us very well about all the issues related to the sale of the property. A 10 out of 10 for the real estate agency.
Thank you very much Elena for your trust, we will continue to strive to improve!
Negative experience: Don't be fooled by the five-star comments. The place is generally okay, but the people who work there are driven by a beneficial interest for the company instead of looking out for the customer. They quickly fill your head with nonsense. Don't let yourselves be deceived and scammed.
Fantastic experience: Genial.

Fantastic experience: Formalidad absoluta!!
Negative experience: Son unos mentirosos, farsantes y estafadores. Prometen una cosa pero te engañan por todos los lados. Da asco nos os foros de buena gente no tienen nada.Si te pueden estafar lo hacen en cuanto tengan oportunidad y a la primera de cambio. Jamás volveremos a confiar en ellos.
Fantastic experience: Excelente
Positive experience: Eficientes y muy agradables.
