Negative experience: My mother has been a model tenant for 45 years, and now that she has had to leave at 93 years old, they changed the lock with all the belongings inside, while we were using the security deposit month.

Negative experience: After 20 years in the apartment, we received a burofax to end the contract, they offer us to stay if we buy the apartment at an exorbitant price, the apartment is well-maintained and comes with furniture and kitchen, we are leaving due to the ridiculous price. After 4 months, they still haven't returned the deposit, making excuses that it is blocked in the regional government or the owner hasn't deposited it yet. This gentleman from the real estate agency is a scoundrel and abusive, I do not recommend him if you don't want to have problems, avoid him, 0% recommended.
