The finishes are spectacular and the builder explains everything and resolves all doubts.

Negative experience: Before they were called Amco. I don't understand the positive comments when there are a number of buildings constructed by this company whose finishes and quality of materials are some of the worst. One example is facades without insulation that cause humidity and mold, roofs made of fiber cement that crack, joints where the mortar crumbles. The interior of the apartments has floating flooring of very poor quality and walls painted with almost no paint. The acoustic insulation is awful. There is a documented case of an owner whose bathroom tiles fell off halfway. Marco Antonio, the technical architect they have, is a disgrace. When problems arise, they go back and forth trying to cover up issues until the warranty runs out, and if I've seen you, I don't remember you.
