Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment

Negative experience: Very bad experience. The employees, instead of telling you during the course what you are doing wrong or not doing, prefer to criticize you at the end of June, looking down on you and saying that 'next time...'. Don't worry, there won't be a next time. I mean, for example, the way to make the payment. There were three of us in a shared apartment and each of us paid our part instead of making a joint transfer; if that wasn’t liked, they could have said so in October and not at the end of the course when we were already leaving.

Negative experience: Regular. They offer to handle paperwork, which partly you end up having to resolve yourself, and without being clear about it, they charge you for it. They also do not provide a receipt or invoice spontaneously. In my case, they have generated distrust and disappointment.

Fantastic experience: After a very good first experience, I have come back. Personal treatment, kind and professional.

Negative experience: I didn't like the attitude of the people who work there very much, as soon as you walk through the door, they look you up and down and tell you that they have nothing without even giving you the opportunity to explain what you are looking for.

Negative experience: Muy mala profesional la chica rubia que nos atendió, cero profesionalidad y muy malos modales. Todo el rato nos miraba por encima del hombro y nos recalcaba que tenias que demostrar que teniamos solvencia, sin nisiquiera saber el dinero o ingresos que tuvieramos. No tuvo ninguna intención de enseñarnos las propiedades en las que estabamos interesados. Una perdida grande de tiempo ya que esa empleada era una auténtica incompetente. Por más que le insistí a la empleada que nosotros éramos solventes y que era mas que demostrable nos dijo que pusieramos el gps y fueramos a ver si nos gustaba el entorno. En fin....

Negative experience: Casi nunca están en la oficina, su trato con los clientes es poco profesional y a la hora de devolver la fianza tardan más de un mes sin motivo por que evitan contestar las llamadas y atenderte
