Positive experience: Esta reseña es una advertencia! No hemos tenido ningún problema directo con la agencia, pero sí con los servicios que contrata Alquilamos, hace poco más de un año, un piso por esta inmobiliaria y fue ella quién se encargó de dar de alta todos los servicios de éste. El caso es que contrataron la luz con una compañía que se llama "opción energía" y hasta el día de hoy nos han hecho las mil y una. No sólo es una compañía con precios abusivos y periodos de facturación totalmente irregulares, si no que además, en dos ocasiones, nos han enviado facturas desorbitadas (136€ por 8 días y 236€ por 36 días, en piso de 2 habitaciones con dos personas) y no ofrecen soluciones, solo amenazas. Si vais a alquilar cualquier inmueble con esta agencia, aseguraos que no hayan contratado la luz con esta compañía, por favor, por qué no sé si es algo que hacen habitualmente o nosotros tuvimos mala suerte.

Negative experience: Poca seriedad y falta de compromiso. Después de 15 días de tener apalabrado un inmueble y por el cual habíamos hecho una inversión, nos dicen que se la alquilan a otra persona por más dinero. Irresponsables y peseteros.

Negative experience: Si buscan una inmobiliaria a la que alquilarle una propiedad para que semana más tarde tengas que ponerte en contacto con ellos porque ellos no se ponen en contacto contigo y que te digan que, aunque vayas a pagar lo que pedían, han decidido no alquilártela para alquilársela a otra persona que les ha ofrecido más y dejarte literalmente tirada, este es tu sitio.
