Fantastic experience: Very good attention and service

Negative experience: Very bad service. They told us there is an apartment for rent, saying we have to pay a deposit of 4 months. My brother came from another part of Pamplona to see the apartment. We gave our OK, bringing all the necessary documentation. And it turns out a little while later, after agreeing on everything and wasting two days of my time, they call us back saying the conditions have changed!! Now we have to pay 6 months of rent in advance plus one month of deposit and an additional 21% of all this for their services. First, they attract you with certain conditions only to present you with very different ones later. We feel deceived, wasting time for nothing!

Fantastic experience: Samir showed us a place. He was very attentive and professional. He truly went out of his way to show us all the details. Thank you very much for your help.

Fantastic experience: Delighted with the service. I recommend it 100%.

Fantastic experience: It is very efficient, it has a very wide portfolio of clients for renting and buying, it took me less than two days to rent the place and it is honest, transparent, and responsible; it is trustworthy and that gives me a lot of confidence and its service is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Xavier, I found a rental apartment and I am very grateful for his polite and friendly attitude. Additionally, he took care of getting the water, electricity, and other supplies set up for me... Even when I needed to make some repairs, he helped me find personnel to do it. It has undoubtedly been a great decision to work with him.

Negative experience: It has an apartment on San Gregorio street advertised and when you call, they say it is not available... and then it's still listed on the page.. you can tell it's a real estate agency that you can't trust.

Fantastic experience: An excellent person

Negative experience: We saw a chalet for rent in Astrain, the ad says that the conditions are less than two months of deposit... but it’s a lie what they have advertised. When we contacted them, they informed us that the conditions are two months' rent deposit. They also asked us for real estate management fees, which is illegal by law, as it should be covered by the owner and not the tenant. When we mentioned this to the real estate agent, they directly told us to cancel the visit instead of correcting their mistakes.

Fantastic experience: An excellent person

Fantastic experience: Samir, thank you very much for treating us like this. I usually travel and rent, and honestly, I had never seen anything like it. Kind, approachable, 100% attentive to us, an extraordinary experience. The world needs more Samirs. You know you have a home in Seville!! We will return!!!

Fantastic experience: Great Samir!!! Super helpful.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at San Fermin a few days ago, and the treatment from the first minute by Samir has been exemplary, really like I've never seen before, super generous, helpful, making everything super easy for us since we arrived!!! Great professional Samir. 100% recommendable. Thank you from the heart for everything, Samir!!

Fantastic experience: AMAZING the treatment received from Samir. We just attended San Fermines, in an apartment he has for rent and from minute 1, he treated us spectacularly, kindly, helpfully, attentively… We arrived very late the first day, and he did some shopping for us, reserved dinner at a restaurant, attended to us immediately for anything we needed from the apartment, acted as our taxi… Honestly, the affectionate treatment with which he always treated us was incredible. A MILLION THANKS

Fantastic experience: Delighted with the service provided by Samir, a true professional in his work and especially for ensuring the client is satisfied and returns, a service of 10 which is the most important, thank you very much for everything and a hug
