Negative experience: Disinterest and little professionalism. I called to make an inquiry about a property that seems to meet our search criteria. The lady who attended to me dismissed me in a minute and a half, without bothering in the slightest to check the property's listing or show any interest in the information I needed before scheduling a visit. She promised to send me the available information via WhatsApp, and I haven't received anything either. Obviously, the market in Malaga is doing too well, and there is no need for minimal effort and cordiality to sell a property.

Negative experience: I called to inquire about a housing unit in Torremolinos. Aurora answered the phone and told me she would speak with the owner and call me back. Three days later (yesterday), I called her (since I didn't expect her to do it) and she told me that she still hadn't spoken with the owner. Today I received a notification indicating that the apartment is no longer available. If it was promised or reserved, just say it and don't use me as a backup option; be clear about things. This lack of interest is shameful and shows the poor human and professional quality of the sector. Anyway...

Negative experience: My experience has not been very good; they sold us an apartment while hiding information about an agreement that the community had approved... and later we found out that their client was fully aware of it and the situation. We felt deceived.

Negative experience: A scam as big as a house, and I mean that literally. I have no words to describe the bad treatment and lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend it even in the least... Thank God we met the owner of the place, a lovely person who helped us upon seeing the deception.

Negative experience: La respuesta literal del propietario a mi esposa que le llamo la atención por no especificar adecuadamente que la vivienda tenía dos plantas y no tres : Rafael Pimentel Mire, si es del sector, ningunear a personas que trabajan en el sector, no debe criticar, quizás hay motivos en la descripción o cómo idealista cataloga el inmueble.... no le a pasado nunca.... permítame listilla..... está propiedad está ubicada en un edificio, bajo más tres y solárium en la cuarta planta, en el bajo hay un piso que no pertenece a la venta así como el primer piso, son fincas independientes, también regístralmente , en la planta baja tiene parking y trastero, en segunda planta y tercera, vivienda y por último en la cuarta solárium y habitación para lo que ud guste! Metros... B A S T A N T E S M E N O S.......! Y el precio es de 355.000€ , por supuesto se admiten ofertas que gustosos, enviamos a la propiedad. Pero claro, confunde ud Málaga con Marruecos.....! Como ve Alice, le contestamos en pro de la IMAGEN.......! Ud piensa que Aurora, vendedora de esta empresa es una mamarracho? Piense....

Negative experience: No recomiendo para nada. No cumplieron con las condiciones del contrato, en él ponía que los pagos se harían por transferencia y después me exigieron que fuese en metálico, para no declarar el dinero a Hacienda. Evidentemente la fianza no me la han devuelto entera según el empleado de la inmobiliaria "porque la dueña por h o por b no me lo quiere devolver".
