Fantastic experience: I was looking to buy a house in Malaga back in 2019/2020. I was put in touch with Carolina Valcarce of Fortuny. After an initial meeting with Carolina, whereby she asked me what I was looking for, she came back with a plethora of options for me, all within the budget I wished as well as a couple of offers that could potentially tempt me! (I had said that I could look to extending my budget). We organized a date to visit a majority of the houses/flats and managed to visit all the properties back to back per my request. When I settled on the house I wished to purchase, everything was handled professionally and any queries answered promptly and in detail. A rare occurrence nowadays! I would like to thank Carolina for dealing with my house purchase, for her knowledge of the sector I wished to buy in, for dealing with my queries and for generally being a great pleasure to work with. I have no problems in recommending Fortuny for anyone, local or expat looking to buy a house here in Andalucia.

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased my first home and Fortuny advised me in this new adventure, resolving many questions I had as part of the process. I highlight their professionalism and good service. 100% recommendable.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. While I was getting the paperwork ready for the purchase, Concha sold the property to another person without notifying me. A complete lack of professionalism and respect, and of course, lost time. Not even an apology, on the contrary, with airs and claiming that I am lying... What a way to treat a customer. Not recommended at all.

Fantastic experience: We just bought our house with their mediation and they made the operation possible despite the short time and minor last-minute setbacks. Very good advice and they facilitate all the procedures. They made everything very easy with a service rating of 10. Thank you very much Concha for the excellent management!

Fantastic experience: They are the best!
