Negative experience: I don't recommend it to anyone. They only try to deceive the seller and the buyer, terrible service. Response: I am surprised by the owner's reaction to my review. My comment reflects only my personal experience with their service, which I have the right to share honestly and transparently. There is no defamatory intention in my opinion, just an assessment based on lived facts. If the business considers my review incorrect, I invite them to clearly and respectfully present the facts they consider false, instead of resorting to legal threats, which I deem unnecessary and unprofessional. Furthermore, I would like to remind that reviews serve to improve the quality of services and customer care, and their response could be interpreted as an attempt to intimidate and silence honest criticism. If the business chooses to proceed with their threats, I will have to resort to the relevant authorities to defend my right to freedom of expression and the publication of honest experiences.

Negative experience: One of the worst real estate agencies I have encountered. I am a colleague in the sector and with companies like this, real estate agencies lose credibility. I meet with Mario and he doesn’t even know how to explain the reason for our anger. A total and absolute disaster. Shameful. This is how we lose all of us who are dedicated to this.

The lady who answered started the conversation with a kind of survey, unrelated to the matter, to understand my needs and after going through numerous questions that were already starting to get uncomfortable (like how much savings I have to buy a house... What do you care about my savings if what I want is a simple visit to a flat for sale), and after asking for PERSONAL DATA such as my ID (which I refused to provide), she demands that as a condition for the agreed day to see the property, I must sign a document where I commit to pay them 3% commission + VAT in case of purchase. But if I don’t even know if I like the property, how can they force me to sign such a commitment? Genuine MONEY GRABBERS and inept professionals.
