Negative experience: Awful experience, in the purchase of a property converted into a home, the company that hires the real estate agency is terrible at their job and on top of that they leave things unfinished, defects everywhere you look and neither the construction company nor the real estate agency take any responsibility. They always pass the blame to each other to avoid fixing anything. Moreover, they are unreliable when it comes to showing up, telling you they'll come one day and no one shows up. Not to mention how rude they are.

Fantastic experience: My review is to thank you for how GREAT A PROFESSIONAL you are and all the qualities that have made buying our first little apartment with you not only a dream come true, but also a path filled with ease and knowledge on your part. Negative experience: 0 honradez. NO TRABAJEN CON ELLOS . Te engañan, no entregan documentación, ni facturas. Cambian de compañía la luz sin autorización. No rellenan hojas de reclamaciones, ni responden teléfono, carta certificada, ni burofax. Si eres mujer, el gerente se permitirá el lujo de gritarte, menospreciarte y amenazarte con que tiene una asesoría jurídica, si eres hombre tranquilo. 2 meses poniéndome en contacto para que me den el contrato de alquiler, el documento de la entrega de fianza, las facturas y la hoja de reclamaciones.
