Negative experience: Em sap greu ficar aquesta ressenya, tot i que sembla que aquest lloc no se'l mira gaire gent, perquè la meva opinió del Manel Montes era molt positiva fins que ens ha deixat totalment tirats en una possible operació de compra. Hem anat seguint les pases que ens ha anat marcant amb els tempus que ens ha anat dient, parlant amb les persones que ell ens ha aconsellat per finalment vendre la propietat a una altra persona de la que ni tant sols havíem sentit parlar. No va voler fer un contracte d'arres quan nosaltres li vam demanar i això ens fa pensar que jugava a dues bandes. Una decepció total com a profesional i com a persona. A partir d'ara no puc parlar bé d'ell de cap manera i poso en dubte la seva professionalitat i seriositat en la seva feina.
