Positive experience: Bon servei, gràcies per l’atenció

Negative experience: No perdáis el tiempo, ni el dinero: no venden nada. Empezaron publicando el anuncio de nuestro piso en portales sin consentimiento. Aparentemente consiguieron un comprador que pagó las arras, y no se las quisieron dar a los propietarios, alargaron meses hasta que reconocieron que se canceló la venta y desaparecieron con las arras. Llevo meses siguiéndolos en redes, donde publican TODO, y en 9 meses sólo han celebrado 2 ventas (y una era la de nuestro piso) Pero bueno, ya lo veréis vosotros mismos cuando vengan a ver vuestro piso: fijaos en las pintas y la actitud. Y ya si habláis con el dueño (Ramon) es de risa. Que no os enreden y poneos en manos de profesionales de verdad, que hay muchos en Lleida.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency I've encountered in all of Lleida. The only thing they care about is collecting their share. If you need documentation for the purchase of an apartment, you will have to move personally because they will not do it. Trash of an owner.

Negative experience: The term 'consultants' does not fit the type of service they provide. They are the worst real estate agency I have encountered in Lleida. Reservation contract with errors, agents who do not tell the truth when they want to sell an apartment. They will only move and be quick for their commission. It is not a serious real estate agency. Once and no more.

Negative experience: From my experience over several years with real estate agencies in Lleida, I can say that their attention and actions leave much to be desired. In my case, they drafted a rental contract with obvious errors, I called them to correct them, and yet they did not correct them and said they knew nothing. They recommend an operation for the security and knowledge they claim the tenant has, whom they say they know. Result = non-payment of ALL rents in a year leading up to eviction. Many calls were made for them to manage it, but 0 solutions. Zero trust and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: bad experience with these guys. They care about their commission and little else.
