Negative experience: Absolutely not recommended. The experience renting a property through this agency has been frankly horrible. Good manners and words but lacking professionalism and even ethics when it comes to fulfilling obligations. Delivering the house in a terrifying condition without heating, with mice, a garden (if it can even be called a garden)... ruined because they poured bleach on it, and they know that this garden was already damaged and have allowed, through lies and deceit, that the shameless lady of the house keeps the deposit for the garden expenses amounting to €3040 to fix her garden, making excuses that we ruined it, contrary to the truth, with horrible mold in the rooms and creating unnecessary conflict situations due to their lack of responsibility and business maturity. They are reliable only until they receive their money, after that, unfulfilled promises and total lack of self-criticism. Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, very unprofessional, you try to meet with them and they don't show up, the workers they have in charge are useless, although it's normal since the bosses of the company are no better. The apartment I bought had many defects and issues that I had to fix myself since they haven't shown up any of the times I've arranged to meet with them.

Negative experience: A shame. Before renting they are friendly, then their true face appears, they charge quickly and disappear. Always with excuses, they promise to call and never do. The landlord had us with fleas in the house for a month, and they didn't care or do anything (surprise, they were friends of the landlord). God creates them and they come together... I don't recommend this real estate agency even to my worst enemy. On the last day they reappeared to take the deposit without giving any explanation. They initially told us that everything was perfect, to pay the last bills and the deposit would arrive... it never happened.

He makes you believe he's helping you only to then hit you with fees that he also hides from the landlord, so he can charge the landlord another amount.
