Fantastic experience: En tiempos en los que la atención al cliente se ha degradado tanto, es un alivio y una esperanza encontrarse a una profesional como Nuria de Best House. Pondría mi piso en sus manos otras 100 veces. Después de 6 años con el mismo inquilino, tuve que buscar a otra persona con la dificultad de encontrarme viviendo en Berlín y estar yo también inmerso en una mudanza. Nuria se encargó de TODO, para que la vivienda estuviese lista para alquilar de nuevo y poder encontrar de manera muy rápida a otra persona. En todo momento su comunicación conmigo fue excelente, nunca obvió ninguna información y me fue guiando en cada paso del proceso. Hoy tengo de nuevo el piso alquilado, en tiempo récord, y con una experiencia de usuario de 10. Espero que el inquilino se quede mucho tiempo, pero si no es así, estoy tranquilo porque sé que Nuria encontrará alguien enseguida. Recomendable 100%.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria que trabajan para personas que NO quieren alquilar sus pisos aún cumpliendo con los requisitos a gente que sea extranjera, aún teniendo nacionalidad española. Es un claro ejemplo de racismo. Extranjeros nacionalizados y no nacionalizados por favor abstenerse a contratar con esta inmobiliaria. Les pongo 1 estrella porque no me deja publicarlo sin puntuarlo.
