Negative experience: I work in the sector and now I understand the clients who are so fed up with real estate agencies. They don't tell the truth, you can tell they lie, there's an absolute lack of seriousness. If I see a property managed by this agency again, I won't even think about calling. The fact that they have so many negative reviews and don't even bother to respond to them (nor the positive ones) says a lot about their lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of shameless people. I made an offer on a property for which I never received a response. They didn’t answer the phone, and when they did, they promised to call me back but never did. Totally not recommended; professionalism and seriousness are zero.

Jesús and Ana are undoubtedly the best professionals in the sector I have encountered in León!

Negative experience: After buying a flat from them and encountering numerous irregularities due to their ineffectiveness and issues (such as non-payment of debts), they have not answered the phone or replied to our messages. A true disaster.

Negative experience: I reaffirm and confirm all the previous negative reviews regarding these people because they cannot be called a company or real estate agency, rather cheap hair growth sellers. What they are professionals at is lying and deceiving, not answering the phone, hanging up, or responding with a message of 'I'll call you later' and until today. Negligence and shame, just like their office, if it can be called that, is the feeling they produce. LAMENTABLE.

Negative experience: Decepcionada, falta de seriedad y de profesionalidad. Hicimos oferta por un piso, a partir de ahí fueron todo largas, no nos lo enseñaron nunca, nunca se pusieron en contacto con nosotros. Muy poco serios y muy poco profesionales!

Negative experience: Impresentables. El jueves fuimos a ver un piso, y al salir les volvimos a llamar para confirmar que lo queriamos. Quedaron en llamarnos para confirmar si nos ponian un sofa o que dia podriamos entrar. Hoy martes les llamamos porque no tenemos noticias; y la chica de la agencia me dice que los dueños como una de nosotras es autonoma que no quiere alquilarlo. Le explicamos que presentamos nominas y declaraciones de renta. Un aval si es necesario. Y nos dicen que no. Que es lo que hay. Al ver la situacion les decimos que nos podrian haber avisado puesto que ya habiamos dejado de buscar piso, y nos dicen de malas maneras que es lo que hay que mas no pueden hacer. Les repetimos que una simple llamada para explicarlo hubiese valido o incluso para pedirnos los papeles necesarios. Y nos dicen que no que ya podemos buscar otro que... ala! Y literalemente me colgaron con la palabra en la boca. NUNCA HABIA TRATADO CON ALGUIEN TAN MAL EDUCADO. El respeto y la educacion deberian ir siempre por delante. No en esta inmobiliaria. Nunca, y repito, nunca, me habia sentido tan ofendida.
