Negative experience: No, thank you! Absolutely not recommended.

Negative experience: Indeed. They advertise apartments on Idealista, when you request information they send you messages and do not contact you. You also cannot call them. This is a scam. Someone should take action against this real estate agency that advertises itself as Solvia, it seems to be owned by Sabadell Bank. What a bad image.

Negative experience: Very Unprofessional agency I want to share my very negative experience with this agency. I contacted the agent (Andrea luz)she scheduled a house visit, and after that, we were in agreement. She asked for all the necessary documents, which I sent on the same day. However, after that, she stopped answering my calls and didn’t follow up with any updates. I filed a complaint, she finally called me back, she was unprofessional. She then suggested I speak to her supervisor(Beatriz)which I did, but the situation got even worse. The supervisor was even more unhelpful. I highly advise against doing any business with this agency. Their lack of professionalism and respect was truly disappointing.

Negative experience: I don't usually write reviews,... but I have to agree with the previous one; it's impressive how poorly those who are here in Lanzarote speak to you. You call about a house and they tell you it's already sold, then after some time the same property reappears listed again, etc. and you call back only to be told that no, that's just a listing they have for an auction. And I wonder, why do you repost it for sale if you're not going to sell it and you have it reserved for the auction listing??? I don't know, I don't understand, it's horrible, it makes you lose the desire to buy any property from Solvia (and I know this office is in Las Palmas but there isn't one here).

Fantastic experience: My friend bought a house with the real estate agency and director Yamilet Brito, and it has been SPECTACULAR! I refer to the professionalism in explaining all the terms of the sale and the doubts my friend had. Not all real estate agencies help and explain the concepts we didn't understand; she put in a lot of effort during the house purchase and in managing the financing at every moment. Without a doubt, I will buy with her as well and recommend her to all my friends!!!! We will repeat, Yamilet Brito THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic experience: I acquired a property from this real estate agency. I was attended by Yamilet and Amanda, both very competent professionals. The price was fair, and the development of the purchase was unbeatable. Good communication, good treatment, and people who know what they are doing. Definitely worth repeating. They not only care during the buying-selling process, but after it, they have checked in several times to see if everything was good with the property and offered their help in case it wasn't. 5 very well-deserved stars, keep it up!

Fantastic experience: On 05/31 we bought an apartment on the beach that we had liked for a long time, and buying just that one was very important to us. This happy outcome would not have been possible without the help of Yamilet Brito and Amanda Rodríguez. We were lucky that it was marketed by Solvia Store Las Palmas. As soon as we found out, we put ourselves in the hands of their manager, Yamilet. An outstanding all-around professional who made things much easier for us from the start, and even seeing our excitement, to ensure that we didn’t lose the apartment, she attended to us online and by phone outside her working hours. We are busy people, so we communicated a lot via email and WhatsApp, which allowed us to resolve doubts, respond, and send documentation at any time that was convenient for us. The responses were always quick, and Yamilet perfectly masters these channels. The communication with Amanda (who is the young 'real estate angel of bureaucracy') developed more through phone and email. She resolved every bureaucratic problem that arose and helped us a lot in the buying process, getting very involved, and knowing how much we wanted this property, she did her utmost to ensure the operation went smoothly. Good professional and better person. At the signing, they were punctual and formal, even taking care of finding us a slot at the Notary in record time. Without a doubt, I would recommend them, very good professionals, they deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you for everything, girls.

Negative experience: More than a month to get a response from 'central' about whether they can sell me a flat without financing... I can't imagine those who need a mortgage. Communication is non-existent.

Negative experience: They have some flats for sale here in Lanzarote, but when the salesperson contacts us, they say: 'We are waiting for the keys,' and we've been waiting for more than six months for the keys. I wonder where those keys are, for them to take so long to appear. They even update the advert, so we call again, but you're surprised with the same words. There are no keys. Why do you publish flats for which you don't have the keys? And they keep updating and adding more photos!? Total waste of time....

Negative experience: SHAMEFUL AND IRRESPONSIBLE the staff of this Real Estate Agency. Marta Rocío Acosta sent an email copying Yamilet Brito and Ana Brito with an appointment for today afternoon from 17:00 to 18:00 (large text in yellow) and NO ONE showed up. At 17:54 after several calls they answer the phone and tell us that if we had not received an email with the cancellation of the appointment, none of us received that email. That the visit would only be made for the three highest bids NOT UNDERSTANDABLE. I do not recommend them at all. They should be a little more serious, as nobody likes to waste their time.

Negative experience: They are unprofessional. We asked about properties twice. One time they never contacted us to go see the apartment, and the next time they said it was a bank auction we participated in, and when it came time to decide who would buy the house, they told us they were sorry, but the house had been sold weeks ago (before telling us it was an auction).

Negative experience: People who play with the illusion and savings of others, all you have to do is go to YouTube and look for customer experiences with this 'company'.

Negative experience: THEY ARE A JOKE! Contacted them in February for a property they published for Sale. They never answered to my messages. I tried to call them they didn’t answer the phone. They published again the same property now in June and I tried to call them directly to see if this time they would answer and after 15 min of waiting they picked up the phone. THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT WHAT I WAS ASKING. SHE ONLY KNEW THAT SHE HAD TO SAY THAT THE APARTMENT IN QUESTION WAS ALREADY RESERVED AND IF THE RESERVE DIDNT GO THROUGH THERE WAS A LONG WAITING LIST BEHIND. Like what are you even taking about? Personally I believe they are a scam and they publish certain apartments with good prices over and over just so people get in touch and get to know their agency. Which is not working really well I can say…

Negative experience: Worst company,full of lies(recorded on phone) I kept trying to rent 2 apartments,called,waited for them to call back like they always promise,first time waited a month,to find out that the apartment was already occupied,even tho I mentioned multiple times that i have all the necessary paperwork. The company doesn't have any knowledge of what they have on their website or different apps for apartment rent. When they finally call you and offer something,the say your first in line for the viewing,and after another month you have to find out yourself that it's rented and there is 3 more people in line,even if your first to call and first to be in line(all recorded aswell) There are many better companies that will and want to work with you.
