Negative experience: This real estate agency is a joke. I was interested in a property and they only give excuses and delays; you have to chase after them... Then the owners have excuses for 2 months, and when it comes time to return the deposit of the 1,500€ offer, they just keep delaying. They don’t even talk to you; you have to chase after them. If they don’t return my money, I plan to report them. They just laugh at people, very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. SHAMEFUL PEOPLE, SCAMMERS.

Negative experience: We inquired about a property to rent. We are civil servants with contracts from the Ministry of Defense. But when we mentioned that we had children, we were told that she was very sorry, but the property was not suitable for us. This amounts to DISCRIMINATION for having children. When I pointed this out, she deleted all the messages she had sent in the WhatsApp conversation. (You should know, Miss Assumpta de Bethencourt, that when it comes to a complaint, those deleted messages can be easily recovered.) If you are looking for a property, have a family, and are asked about your family unit, just lie to them until you sign the contract. I find it shameful that real estate agencies like this exist.

Negative experience: Como comercial inmobiliario desde hace ya mas de 30 años, es la primera vez que critico a un compañero de la profesión. Se llama Ramon y es de Century21 Arenas, no se mas, pues desde que cerré una cita con el para compartir, (pues me dijo que si lo hacían) ha pasado de mi y de mi cliente, sin dar explicaciones, sin contestar a los wasaps y sin coger las llamadas...Eso si, a mi clienta si le contesto cuando lo llamó !!! !!Poca vergüenza la tuya chavalín !! Dejas mucho que desear como comercial y lo digo a boca llena porque me da absolutamente igual los comentarios y lo que digas. Si no comparte pues dilo y punto, no hagas perder el tiempo a nadie, que el tuyo no lo se, pero mi tiempo es importante, pues me debo a mis clientes ….!!Chavalín! Y así fue, un piso cerca de la playa a un precio increíble, 100% implicada en la tramitación de la compra y siempre atenta ante cualquier requerimiento. El lunes 23 de noviembre de 2020 vendí mi casa y Century quería transferir los Arras de inmediato. Les he escrito varias veces y no responden. ahora tengo que contratar a un abogado para conseguir mi dinero. utilice un notario o abogado para el depósito. por favor, no confíe en Century, de lo contrario tendrá que perseguirlos por su dinero. ¿que tipo de compañia? te avergüenzas de malversar capitales extranjeros. Negative experience: Al propietario del piso en el edificio Barber en la Av. Juan Carlos I por si llegara a leerme: suerte, suerte vendiendo su vivienda con esta gente. Todo el día, literalmente todo el día al teléfono con ellos. Que me llamará el comercial; que si está en una reunión, que si está en el notario, etc. A las 18 de la tarde, repito otra vez que todo el día al teléfono para que me devuelva la llamada el comercial, supongo que por pesadez el chico que atiende la llamada, llama para que escuche al comercial que resultaba ser, ¿el jefe? Pues venga, que sí que puedo ir a ver el piso. Montándome en el coche, me llama ese comercial para decirme que no, que mañana mejor. Le digo que estoy montado en el coche y que tardo nada, le convenzo. Llego al sitio, y ni reunión, ni notario ni nada, que llevaba todo el día enseñando el piso me comenta y claro, el hombre estaba cansado! No soy un experto ni un lingüista, pero un comercial es encargado de vender y uno pone un piso en una inmobiliaria para que se lo vendan. Pues estaré equivocado. Abre la puerta del piso y me deja a mi libre albedrío, él se va al comedor, se sienta en la mesa y se pone a rellenar los papeles del COVID. ¿Enseñar la casa, venderla, enseñar sus virtudes y maquillar defectos? ¿¡Para qué!? Termina con los papeles del COVID y se pone con el móvil. Yo termino, me gusta la casa y le hago una oferta. ¿La respuesta? Que por hacer una oferta, tengo que dar una señal. Que tengo que ingresar casi medio millón de pesetas en una cuenta para que llamen al dueño y le hagan la oferta. ¿Esto es en serio? Ingresar 3 mil euros en una cuenta a la espera de que me respondan, me digan que no o que sí, y si es que no a saber cuándo me lo devuelven... En fin, lamentable. Parece que la crisis de 2008 no enseñó nada. Suerte al propietario.
