Tecnocasa agencia inmobiliaria

Fantastic experience: I bought an apartment in a very unusual and infrequent way, as I had to wait a long time to obtain it due to bureaucratic issues. During that time, I had many doubts and hesitations. In the end, I persevered, and everything turned out well thanks to the support of the real estate agent, Jesús, who accompanied us throughout this time, providing information, visiting us at our home, and encouraging us during moments of doubt. If the reward has ultimately been great, it is largely due to his advice.

Fantastic experience: I was attended by Miguel Angel, they have been very hardworking and kept me informed at all times during the sale of a house. I recommend this real estate agency for their speed.

Negative experience: Their work is very unprofessional. Prior to visiting a property, they force you to listen to the financial department's offer, even if you tell them you are not interested. They are the ones who charge the highest commissions. In my case, after that ordeal, they showed me an apartment in a location different from the one indicated when making the appointment, which was of no interest to me at all and was a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Marta rented me the apartment and I am very comfortable.

Negative experience: Does not exist

Negative experience: My experience was dreadful, they showed me a parking space that did not correspond to the property they were showing, and then it turned out that even the garage space was not in the simple note; the amount of the community of the apartment was higher than what they told me and, finally, they didn't want to return the deposit I gave after discovering the deception. They are incompetent and are up for anything to close the sale and collect their huge commission.

Negative experience: They call the doorman saying they are going to leave advertising in the mailbox and then go door to door asking if you are selling your house. This is the 10th time this month that they have done this, plus all the previous times. They are very annoying; stop going to houses that have already told you more than 3 times that you won’t sell.

Fantastic experience: Marta rented me the apartment, a cordial and pleasant deal

Fantastic experience: Marta, a salesperson from Tecnocasa in Jaen, is friendly, helpful, and above all, as a customer, what we care about is that she is efficient and quick. Contact her if you need to rent your home. It was a pleasure, Marta.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Francisco Lillo, he sold my apartment, great professional, formal and always ready and available for whatever you need, friendly and pleasant treatment.

Fantastic experience: The process of selling a family apartment has been satisfactory thanks to Carlos, he is a committed, hardworking, and approachable guy. Thank you and good luck in the future!

Positive experience: Tecnocasa has sold my apartment and I have to say that Carlos is hardworking, committed, friendly, and very efficient... He has worked hard until the end... A hundred percent recommended...

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality , Responsiveness , Value

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism
